I'm so disappointed in this product. It doesn't remove hair completely. Even with the sanding circle, you are still left with stubbles. My face now produces a stubbly chin and neck within one day of using the product. I have the start of a beard! Not good! The hair is not finer, but thicker stubble.

I gave up on my legs, due to not getting a clean-shaven feel only stubbly hair. It took over half an hour just to do both legs and doing that 2-3 times a week is drudgery. My arms are now full-blown stubble. I would have preferred the fine hair I had on it.

I would not recommend using this product. Even though it looks cool and sounds like a good thing, it's the worst investment in hair removal I've ever made.

The most useless piece of kit ever. It is absolute garbage and doesn't work at all. I threw all the packaging away as I had high hopes. It doesn't do a single thing. Don't go near it with a barge pole folks.

I am also very disappointed with the NoNo. I only had fine hair on my face, and now I feel like I'm growing a stubbly beard and mustache. My self-esteem has dropped, and I don't know what to do now.

I have bought two machines and am so disgusted with this product. They are faulty both times, and so expensive. What a total waste of money. Both started to burn and smell after few weeks, and then the red light came, and it stopped working. I bought the second one in case the first one was faulty, but no, the second one was exactly the same. What a rubbish product! Never again will I waste so much money.

I bought the NoNo Pro from HSN in 2016, and since then, it has not permanently removed hair. On top of that, it's stopped working no matter how many new ThermoCon heads I put in. HSN says they can't help and the NoNo site says I need to go through HSN.

So, it doesn't permanently remove hair, and it lasts about a year, and no one will back it up. So if you have a couple of hundred to lose, buy it at your own risk.

DON'T BUY IT. It doesn't work. I now, after having a few dark hairs on my chin, have a face full of beard, which I cream off every second day. It's total rubbish. Has anybody out there managed to get their money back after the refund period (which doesn't allow enough time for results anyway)? Has anyone taken or thought about taking it further/higher, ie. a solicitor? Please respond.

NoNo Pro is a piece of garbage. The device uses a roller with a little ‘O’ ring to turn a tiny motor that turns on the power, moves the tip out, and runs electricity through a wire in the tip. The wire in the tip gets VERY hot to burn the hair. The problem is the roller/motor design is garbage. Always bounces the tip, and the device constantly turns red, then you have to turn it off and back on.

I wish it was just on and off with a button. It’s like they so over-designed the “safety” it renders the device useless. Garbage; don’t waste your money. I would rate the item zero stars if I could.

I do not recommend the NoNo to anybody. I used it once and it did not do anything besides burning my face. And it does not remove the hair. Now I still have some scars from the burn.

I bought it through Evine because it was on sale. I received it yesterday. I was using it today and followed the instructions on the little booklet. It was supposed to remove facial hair, and it did not work the way they demonstrate on TV. The only thing that it did was smell like burnt hair, a really foul smell. So I figured great, it's working. I was looking at the area where I ran this hair remover and all it did was maybe burned a hair or two because all was still there. I really don't know how they do it on TV because to me, this is a big disappointment.

Legs as stubbly as my husband's chin - very very disappointed.

The first system didn't work and I had to pay for the pleasure of returning this to the company. Very poor customer service - no apology for a faulty system.

I bought it for my daughter for this past Christmas because being Italian she hates the dark hair sideburns on her young beautiful face, but it kept turning red constantly, so she threw it on the shelf after 2 weeks, where it now has found its final resting place along with the other wannabe's and never ever gonna be products she has tried. The horrid burning smell didn't help much either, so yeah, a big disappointment for her, and certainly not cheap either.
