First and foremost, I knew this product would not just work overnight. I gave it 30 days before I started to see results. I am on my second bottle and feel great and look good. I started using BIO X4 three months ago after I saw a video online from Nucific. By that time I was having real problems with digesting, and I was bloated all the time after every meal. I have been taking BIO 4X off and on for about two years. I tested how I felt with it and without it at a very low dose originally. After I used one tablet per day for a couple of weeks, I went off of it to test if I could recognize a difference without it. I am very sensitive to meds and have seen good test results in the past. I was pleased with how effective it was at low dosage to break the cycle of my IBS. The product was able to decrease abdominal pain and gas caused by sluggish bowel and regulate me within just a few days each time I restarted the product. I noted that the appetite suppressant was effective all day with just one tablet, yet I never intended to use it as a weight loss product. My intent was to use natural ingredients to build my immune system and increase the normal flora sensibly.

I have tried other products proclaimed by MD or western medicine to be effective products in the past and ended up with different side effects or over treated, causing rebound conditions in the past using those products. I have some naturopathic education and know the products in BIO 4X to be safe and effective for me. After doing my self-evaluation, I am currently taking the plunge to take two tablets per meal per day to test the effectiveness of losing weight too.
