First and foremost, I knew this product would not just work overnight. I gave it 30 days before I started to see results. I am on my second bottle and feel great and look good. I just took a photo to update my LinkedIn and could see the difference in my face and shirt. I have more energy, but of course, I am more aware of what I am eating. I don't have the cravings anymore, I have increased my workouts and still have the energy to go out and enjoy life.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
