I love this product! I have been taking Bio X4 for two months now and I have dropped one pants size, lost 20 lbs, have a lot of energy and my digestive system is back to being healthy again. I was very suspicious at the beginning but with the money back guaranteed, I was like, “Why not?”

However, I am so glad that I did try it. I feel a lot better than I was feeling two months ago. I have been telling my family and friends to give the Bio X4 a shot and they seem very interested in trying it out as well!

Life happened and I was only able to do 2 1/2 weeks of daily use when I first got the Bio X4. I haven't used it for a little while, but, after first starting it, I noticed almost immediate results with regards to my appetite. After only 2 days of using it, I found myself not only feeling less hungry, but also found myself reacting differently to the stressful situation I am currently living through.

Before Bio X-4, I was a major stress-eater. I would shovel down almost a bucket of ice cream, or a box of cookies. I always needed to have chocolate bars handy, to cope with the stress. Now, even after not using Bio X-4 for a little while, I'm still feeling the same effects. I don't have an enormous appetite like I did before, and I don't run to chocolate when I'm upset.

Although this product is not an overnight weight loss system, my experience after two and half bottles is I have more energy. With my food, my serving sizes are a lot less than before, as I feel full after taking the pills before I eat. And I am now slowly losing weight and keeping it off. One of the things I do is drink lots of water and no sodas.

I am not a "pill taker" so this is new to me. I have used two bottles of BIO X4 over the past 4 months. Since I retired, I don't eat 3 meals a day, I try to only eat when I am hungry. When I take BIO X4 before a larger meal, I find I get satisfied quicker and experience a longer time before I feel hungry again. I also don't wake up starving in the morning anymore.
