I am not a "pill taker" so this is new to me. I have used two bottles of BIO X4 over the past 4 months. Since I retired, I don't eat 3 meals a day, I try to only eat when I am hungry. When I take BIO X4 before a larger meal, I find I get satisfied quicker and experience a longer time before I feel hungry again. I also don't wake up starving in the morning anymore. Weight loss has been about 15 lbs over last 4 months. Bathroom has been more regular and consistent also.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
