Can't Get Product!!

I ordered Nucific BioX4 on March 3rd. The information said that orders are shipped within 24 hours. Mine has not yet shipped. I emailed support@nucific.com on March 8th and recieved no response. I phoned yesterday and was on hold for about 5 minutes before a recording came on and said I could leave my number and a customer service person would phone me back. No call back.

So far I'm not impressed with customer service. Can someone please check my order (256357282) and let me know if it will ship soon?

Depression

Stomach upset

I purchased this product for the probiotics and have taken high quality probiotics for some time but needed to order so decided to try these. I am not interested in weight loss. I have only taken three capsules so far and have a constant stomach ache since the first one. My other probiotics were great so I will stick with them. This may be a good product for others but not for me. Some ingredient is causing nausea.

Not as advertised

I started taking Nucific BIO X4 a few days ago. The stomach felt calm, however, it increased my appetite, and for the last few days I alternated between constipation and diarrhea/bloating. I will wait one more week, but so far the results are not as advertised.

Customer Service

I placed an order and was told I would get the 24 hour shipping. I placed my order 5 days ago, have received no shipping info. Called and was put on hold. Sent an email 3 days ago. I was so excited to get this product. I'm frustrated no one is helping me. Please contact me via email or call me.

Bloating and Headache

I have been taking this for four days now and since the beginning, I have been so uncomfortably bloated with a dull headache that will not go away. I'm used to taking probiotics and suffer from bloating regularly, but not to this extent. Are these symptoms supposed to go away? Not sure if I should keep taking it or just quit as I really don't like the way I am feeling. No weight loss so far and I actually feel like I have less energy, which is the opposite of what I thought this was supposed to do. And I haven't noticed any appetite suppression. I had such high hopes for this.

When I was ordering Bio X4, there were pop-ups that wanted me to order more. I never confirmed my order, but ended up having 4 different orders placed. I had to call the company to stop the orders from being sent and billed. Beware when you are placing your order if you do not check your email. I only knew it because I had my email opened on my computer. Unsure about the product at this time, once I have received it I may be back to write a review.

Not what I was looking for

I have been taking Bio X4 for a month now and I feel the same as I did before I even started taking it. It did not suppress my appetite what so ever, I am using the bathroom no more than I was before and I don't feel any type of energy. On top of that, it gives me gas! I won't pay $50 again for something I can do without the pill.

I haven't lost an ounce in 3 months

I have just finished my 3rd bottle of Bio X4. In that time I have not lost ANY weight. It did have a good effect on my digestion, but it's very expensive for a digestive aid. Also I'm very sensitive to caffeine and did not realize it contained caffeine. I only took it 2 times per day. If I took it with dinner it affected my sleep.

Not what I expected

I ordered this with high hopes that it would get my digestive tract back on track after having to go through 2 harsh weeks of antibiotics to eradicate h.pylori from my body. I have been taking it for a week and have had headaches and nausea just about everyday. The loose stools, bloating, and gas I can handle but not the headaches, nausea, and vomiting every once in a while. I am sure it's because I am overly sensitive to one or more of the ingredients which is a real shame as I think it probably is a good product. Just not a good product for me. I have 2 bottles that have not even been opened. I would like a refund, if not for all 3 at least just for the 2 bottles that aren't opened.

Still unsure

I took BIO X4 for one month, just finished the bottle over the weekend. Over the course of a month, I did feel a little more energy. I also got full faster most of the time. I did not lose any weight. I did not have more regular bowel movements or anything like that. It was really hard trying to remember to take the pill with every meal.

Sometimes I didn't remember until I was nearly done with my meal. The price of BIO X4 has gone back up to $99.99 a bottle. Although I've seen it on Amazon for the old $49.99 a bottle.

I don't think I'll try it again for this price and not being able to be certain I will see real results.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
