I ordered Nucific BioX4 on March 3rd. The information said that orders are shipped within 24 hours. Mine has not yet shipped. I emailed support@nucific.com on March 8th and recieved no response. I phoned yesterday and was on hold for about 5 minutes before a recording came on and said I could leave my number and a customer service person would phone me back. No call back.
So far I'm not impressed with customer service. Can someone please check my order (256357282) and let me know if it will ship soon?
