Perhaps it is my own circumstances that did not allow BIO X4 to live up to my expectations. I normally do not eat three meals a day, usually just breakfast and dinner. I am very busy and don't often have dinner at home, and I find carrying the capsules difficult to carry on my person, so taking a capsule before eating often doesn't work. I'm not sure the appetite suppressant component works very well. I have noticed, however, that I seem to be sleeping more soundly.

All in all, I expected a better benefit than I've actually had. My intention is to continue the protocol as best as I can and give the product a fairer test.

I like the results so far, but I guess expected more out of it, although I noticed a small reduction in my tummy area. I am still happy, that's why I bought a 6-month supply.

I do feel BIO X4 helps with bloating. I personally take two pills three times a day, or I do not feel the same affect.

The pills do not make me feel less hungry. I will continue to purchase the product for the probiotic benefits. I do wish I didn't have to take two pills; it makes it almost not worth the expense. I am currently looking for a comparable product at a cheaper cost.

I am using this product with Weight Watchers. My plan is to use both consistently for the month of February and see where I land. In my fantasy, this product will help offset the moments I go left with WW. I am pretty consistent during the week, but slide on the weekend. Based on my results at the end of the month, I may or may not continue with this product. This product is easy to use and has clear health benefits.

It is too early to tell for sure, but it seems to be making a difference. Less bloating and discomfort for sure. I will likely try one more bottle and then be better able to respond. I am trying to find the right time to take the pill, i.e. 30 minutes prior to eating, with my meal, or shortly afterward.

I have been using BIO X4 faithfully now for 3-4 months. I understand that supplements of this kind take a while before one begins to see results and also that when starting a new regimen with promises of change, there can be a placebo effect in which one "thinks" there is change without proof of change. That being said, I endorse the concept of 4 compounds together being used for a cumulative effect - weight loss. I have noticed appetite suppression, which was one of my goals. I have had minimal weight loss though at 4 pounds over 3-4 months. Granted it took me 60+ years to gain the weight I have, I was still hoping for more substantial weight loss. As for the other effects, they are difficult to measure, and I have to just accept that they are happening. I also take medicine (metformin) for noninsulin dependent diabetes which also has a similar effect.

I will continue to take BIO X4 until my current supply runs out, but if I don't notice any more changes, I shall not renew. Bottom line - I have not decided if I would recommend this to a friend or not.

So I am on my third bottle. No bad side effects, which is great. But, I can't tell if it is really helping me as I feel the same as I did prior to using the product. But, I don't mind using the product and will continue to do so.

I feel better, have more energy, feel smaller in inches, but have not lost lbs. I have just recently started having smelly gas and that concerns me. I wonder if maybe I am not drinking enough water, maybe you can let me know? Sometimes I will drink my water before or after the meal but have a soda or tea with my meal.

This is a good supplement that in my experience, works over time. I do feel that after the first 30 days, I feel fuller after meals for a longer period of time, I don't feel a huge spike in my appetite, and I'm better able to stave off cravings. I did not experience stomach upset/diarrhea/bloating that some reviewers reported at all. I did not start any type of specific diet other than eating more nutritious food and increasing my water intake.

I am a slightly overweight pear-shaped body type (158 lbs/5'4''), and I have lost a few pounds (four in two months), though no inches yet, due to eating less at night as a result of feeling fuller after meals/diminished cravings. My stomach feels better, and the heartburn and bloating I had prior to taking this supplement have subsided.

I would recommend this supplement to anyone who puts more stock into health over weight loss. I feel if I continue taking this supplement I will see more weight loss and continue to feel the positive effects.

I like BIO X4 as it helps regulate my digestion a good deal. However, the way these folks do billing isn't so good. I desired to purchase two bottles every three months and instead they bill me every other month. What I desired was to have me billed once in three months for the two bottles as I only take two per day instead of three. I wish that could happen.
