    Nucific BIO X4

    Preliminary review of Nucific BIO X4

    Overall Experience:

    I have been using BIO X4 faithfully now for 3-4 months. I understand that supplements of this kind take a while before one begins to see results and also that when starting a new regimen with promises of change, there can be a placebo effect in which one "thinks" there is change without proof of change. That being said, I endorse the concept of 4 compounds together being used for a cumulative effect - weight loss. I have noticed appetite suppression, which was one of my goals. I have had minimal weight loss though at 4 pounds over 3-4 months. Granted it took me 60+ years to gain the weight I have, I was still hoping for more substantial weight loss. As for the other effects, they are difficult to measure, and I have to just accept that they are happening. I also take medicine (metformin) for noninsulin dependent diabetes which also has a similar effect.

    I will continue to take BIO X4 until my current supply runs out, but if I don't notice any more changes, I shall not renew. Bottom line - I have not decided if I would recommend this to a friend or not.

As for the other results that you have not seen yet, I agree with your suggestion about continuing the supply you have. While many of our customers do experience positive results right away, it typically takes a lot of our customers a few months to experience the full results.

      Also, I would like to make sure that you consulted your primary physician prior to beginning Nucific BIO X4 to ensure that you do not experience any interactions with other medications you might be taking. If you have not done this yet, please make sure you do this right away!
