This is a good supplement but the only side effect I have every time I take these, is a massive migraine. I had a feeling it was the supplements but didn't know for sure until I took a week break from the pills and was completely fine everyday. Then the day I started taking them again I got the headaches right away. I don't know if it's my own effects but just letting people know this is a side effect I'm having when taking these. These do help with cravings and I'm pre-diabetic and these surprisingly help my blood sugar level so for that sole reason I'm continuing these.

I am always one to have a bowel movement each morning. In fact I wasn't sure how I was going to be able to tell if your product was working or not. And then it began to happen, like clockwork. Sometime during the day I would have a second bowel movement. And I don't mean something that MAY have trailed the first one earlier, but a full blown new bowel movement. The best thing that I observed which happened after that was more energy. Now when I would hear people mention more energy I was skeptical. I wondered exactly how they measured this mysterious energy. Well I was doing what I normally do, when late into the afternoon I noticed I was still doing, with no deep breaths in order to continue doing and no thoughts of "damn I've got to sit down", which was common. If fact, what made me truly realize my energy had increased was that I was actually adding things to my 'to do' list. I became aware in amazement that I wasn't dying to be done. Then I went on and did the extra stuff, with ease might I add.

I find this product is great for my digestion. I also feel that I have more energy and a better outlook for myself. My bowel movements were not good and was inconsistent. They are now more solid and sometimes go more than once. I've lost weight but not due to this product. I started eating smaller portions and watch what I eat and started back at the gym. I cut out eating snacks late at night and stopped drinking alcohol. I would recommend this product to my friends.

My digestion is so much better. Probiotics take a bow for that. Dr Amy gets kudos for steering me away from chemical additives and artificial sweeteners that my body can't digest. Diet sodas have been replaced by water, fruit infused water and drinks with only Stevia for sweetener. I am over 70 years young. My last A1C dropped from 7.4 to 6.3 and cholesterol is 120. Blood pressure is great at 136/68. I have lost about 5 pounds and have actually achieved 5000 step days. At my age and post major back surgery, I am doing OK. I could diet a little better.

I have had good results with Bio X4. Over the course of the two months I've been taking it (and never as many as 3 times per day), I have lost 3 lbs. Not sure if I can attribute that to anything else. All the other patterns are the same as the two months before. It seems to be working well for all the purposes I bought it for.
