So uncomfortable

I took it religiously since I got it, 3 times a day for a week, and every day got worse. First it was nausea, then severe constipation, even with all the water I drink daily. Stool softeners did not help and horrible abdominal pain finally made me stop taking it. Ugh, definitely not going to try it again.

Feels like a scam

If I could rate this company a zero I would. Terrible terrible customer service. I already didn’t trust the company before my product shipped. I ordered 1 bottle for $49 and said NO about 6 times to any additional products or offers. Despite that, my bank card was charged $49 TWICE and $99 once! When I reached out to the customer support, they said there was nothing they could do. Absolutely ridiculous. I now have FIVE bottles and I feel like I can’t even trust the product when the service I got was so horrendous. Very very disappointed in this company and the way they handled, or lack of handling my experience.

They are a SCAM, overcharged my credit card

I went to get 6 bottles for the $199 price just two days ago, then as soon as I clicked "confirm" they gave me the confirmation with almost $300 charge for two orders of 3 and 6 bottles!

I NEVER confirmed or authorized that payment!

I called and they said to email because no one is working there to pick up phones.

I emailed AND used their online form with details of my order and asked for them to cancel it.

As of today, I have heard nothing, just an automated email that they have shipped the order already! I am SO upset. I will contact my credit card and leave them bad reviews!

Horrible that they take advantage of people like this at such a terrible time too. Shame on them!

Bad reaction

I’ve been on this product for 1 week and so far I’ve been running to the toilet every 20 minutes, my back area hurts and I have to use Desitin...

My stomach hurts and is extremely bloated...

When I decided to pay for this product the website tried to force 3 bottles on me, but I kept pressing for the one, just to see if I’ll get good results. But my hunch was right - bad results.

I do not recommend this product at all.

Bottle broken

I just opened my box of three bottles and the middle one is broken with the pills all in the broken glass. The other two bottles have a dusting of glass all over them. Not a good start.

Not working for me and over charged without my consent

Saw a post on Facebook and ordered one bottle, wanted to try and agreed to pay for one bottle. After my order process was done, a spinning wheel came up and it said I won 3 bottles for $99. I closed that page because I didn’t need it. But the next morning (within 7 hours difference) I checked my email and I had two confirmations show up. I called customer service and they were not able to cancel because it had shipped already, but they offered to give me 40% off and keep the products. My trust in that company has already gone by them cheating that part from customers. I returned all 3 bottles with pay my own shipping. But I still have the first bottle and I don’t see any benefits or weight loss or energy. I feel normal. I would not recommend it to my friends, and please be aware to check your email right away and call customer service to cancel their forced purchase.

Just ordered and process gave me the creeps.

I have not tried the product yet, but the ordering process heightened my fears. Hope this turns out to be legit and good. If not, will cancel through credit card. I placed the order, saw the charge come through immediately on my phone alerts. But the web site said I was not done with orders and took me through at least 5 more pages of additional product offerings at high discounts, with what I would describe as very aggressive product pushing techniques that included no obvious way to decline additional offer and not knowing if your original order had been accepted or not. I knew charge had been made but website basically screamed out otherwise. Bad, bad taste in my mouth, with such pushy marketing, severely diminished my trust. If it wasn't because science and convenience behind this single tablet makes sense, I would have not proceeded. Hope product does work. I will repost once I use.

So far it isn't working for me.

I never write a review but I do read some before I purchase something like this. There were barely any bad reviews when I bought this product and now there are a few. Let me add to that small pile.

Been taking the product now, everyday, for about 3 weeks. It does help you use the restroom like it claims but that's about it. I'm craving sweets MORE now and getting hungrier faster, probably because of the bathroom usage. I was proud I lost 5 pounds the old fashioned way before I bought this product and so far I'VE GAINED it all back! A pill that will be the answer to the weight issue makes me wonder whose weight issue? A constipated fitness trainer's bathroom issue? The bottle even states at the bask may take more than one pill per meal, so technically you don't even know how many pills you need,

I will keep taking it to reach the whole 60 day result in but so far it isn't worth it.

Anyone can lose weight through exercise and eating less carbs, this pill does nothing but give you false hope that you have help.

Terrible indigestion and gas pain

I have only taken one capsule and I have terrible indigestion and gas pain. My stomach is visibly bloated to the point that I simply cannot eat a bite. I followed the directions completely, taking it with 16 ounces of water before eating. I have already been taking a very strong probiotic for several months, so I don't think that my stomach being upset is related to the Probiotics in Bio X4. I will try again tomorrow, but I'm afraid that my system may not be able to tolerate the ingredients. I am not going to rate the product yet. I will give it another try tomorrow.

Bothersome side effects

Almost immediately after starting BIO X4, I developed very frequent loose stools with a lot of gas. Every time I ate anything I would immediately get stomach cramping. After taking the pills for 2 weeks I stopped. That was 2 weeks ago and I am still having frequent loose stools. I did lose a few pounds and my appetite decreased. I did email a customer care counselor. She told me that I was experiencing a "die off," and that it should resolve in a few days. Unfortunately it hasn't.
