I started this product for two reasons; to create an environment in my gut that would better allow me to absorb nutrition/improve my immune system, and to lose some weight.

I watched the video online about this product, and while it said weight loss would not be drastic, I had hoped for more than 7 lbs in almost two months. I have been doing 50 minutes of cardio on an elliptical 4-5 days a week. I am almost finished with my second bottle of BIO X4. I have also been taking the digestive enzymes with my dinners for added digestive benefits.

Reviews of the products stated one of the most noticeable effects would be regular 'normal' bowel movements. This did not happen for me until almost a full month in, and they are still not "like clockwork."

One of the selling points for me on this product was that I would not have to drastically change my diet in order to feel better and achieve results quickly. I stopped drinking soda and tried to limit candy anyhow. During the week, I drink a nutritional Zija supplement for breakfast, a protein shake for lunch (after I work out), a Greek yogurt for an afternoon snack, and then a normal dinner. I drink 70-90 oz of water a day during the week. I am trying to give you a picture of my lifestyle, as I feel like based off of the above information, I am in a pretty healthy state to feel the results of this product right away.

I read that there are a rare few people who do not experience what the vast majority do, but I was hoping not to fall into that bunch. I would like to lose an additional 10-15 lbs, but moreover, I would like to get the most out of the food I eat, and to feel more energetic and not so tired all the time.

I am going to stick with this product for a while longer, because I know it can take 90 days + for holistic products to 'work,' and I believe in this one. I just felt like I needed to share honestly where I am at right now on my Nucific journey.

I started using BIO X4 several months ago due to intestinal issues. I take two tablets at every meal. I am losing weight without even trying, and my belly is flat, with no bloating! I showed this to my doctor and they agree the ingredients are good! Being over 55, I was gaining around my middle. I am amazed! I tried on jeans from last year and couldn't believe they fit! I am very active, but had not been to the gym much other than some yoga. I never miss a dose. I wonder if this is why some do not see results. You need to be consistent!

The first few days of taking the supplement things were going well. I felt the energy boost, I noticed swelling in my fingers was decreasing, feeling less fidgety, more active, but by the end of the week, I started noticing a sharp pain in my heart, shortness of breath, rapid heartbeat, and weakness. I stopped taking it mid second week and everything went back to normal in a day with my heart. I believe it’s the green tee extract. I’m very sensitive to caffeine.

I believe this will be a very good product if the green tea extract could be illuminated. This is something that needs to be considered for people who are sensitive to caffeine, and should also be listed as a side effect.

I have only been taking BIO X4 for a little over a month now and I don't see any change in my body size at the moment, but I also realize it may take a couple of months for me to notice any difference. I am not eating as much for it does suppress my appetite and I really cut back on my night time snacking.

Have taken the product 3 times daily for one week and bloating is severe. Hard to button my pants and face is puffy. Just stopped taking it yesterday. My body/system is obviously not responding well.

I am enjoying a slow healthy weight loss. My waist line is getting smaller. I can also say the reason why I bought this product is mainly because it states it helps to decrease flatus (gas), which I had more than my share. I still have some flatus but nothing compared to what I used to have.

I started taking BIO X4 to help with my digestion. I have since lost several inches off more than one area of my body, dropped 2 sizes, and lost over 10+ pounds! I watch what I eat, but I still indulge in a treat here and there. I'm not good at remembering to take it, but I am getting better since I have seen the results. Because I am not able to do much in exercising due to injuries, I don't get to add much exercising to my daily activities, but I have felt more active and had more energy to get up and do more things. This is the first time I've tried Nucific Bio X4, and I was so impressed with the way I felt. I was finally having regular bowl movements, and that alone is a miracle. I had no more bloating, and I felt amazing! I'm so glad I decided to try just one more product. Late one night I could not sleep because the pain in my side kept me awake for weeks on end. It only subsided when I had diarrhea or a prolonged bowel movement. I never thought of myself as having constipation. Because I was up late watching TV and viewing my IPad at the same time, I saw an infomercial on the IPad that caught my attention. I turned off the TV and watched what I considered a very long infomercial on why people have digestive problems and how probiotics can help many ailments that are all linked in an unhealthy body. I was glued to the screen and as tired as I was I could not quit watching.

I felt like I was learning so much and questions were answered that I had always had questions about. My daughter-in-law was suffering even more than I was and I really wanted to help her any way I could. The infomercial was so much fun to watch and so fascinating that I thought she would like to watch it also, so I took my tablet into her room and asked her if she would watch also. She said she already had watched it a couple times because it was funny and fascinating, but being disabled she did not have the means to order the probiotics but she really wanted to get them. I told her I would order for both of us. We have changed our diet a lot since then.

We don't drink sodas anymore but we drink tons of water now, don't eat breads unless they are sprouted, don't eat pasta but we have salad and vegetables at every meal and our diets are so much more wholesome. She has lost over 25 lbs and I have lost 22 lbs since we started on probiotics. I have no more pain in my stomach or side, no indigestion or burning stomach and perfectly normal bowel movements. I sleep so much better now, very sound.

She is having much better digestion, no more constipation, does not crave as much food or snacks and her skin is improving and she does not get depressed like she was. I have noticed the depression has lifted for me also and it seems easier to handle stress. I seem to get along better with my husband and maybe I admit it wasn't him after all! I have said too much probably but when something works I do believe that if I can help get the word out there I want to help people to know that there is hope. Hi, I'm a person who has been battling weight gain and loss for years ever since my early days in High School. I have lost and gained a combined weight of over 500 lbs. over the years.

As a gastric by-pass patient who topped out at a whooping 412 lbs., I know a thing or two about gaining and loosing weight. I lost over 250 lbs. in a single year.

That is part of the success story but not the total story. I started gaining weight back because I went back to my old ways of sitting on the couch not eating properly and just overeating. I have gained back from 187 lbs. to 273 which is where started the BIO X4. I'm proud to say that I'm now down to 250 lbs even. This is my short term goal. My long term is 200 lbs.

I have followed Dr. Lee's instructions to the T. 30 min a day of walking every day, 7 days a week except when it's en-claimant weather. I have gone to a non gluten diet which mainly means no wheat there is plenty of non-gluten substitutes that are fantastic. I only drink water and my Joint Juice and I take my BIO X4 with 16 oz bottle of water before each meal, that's it. Oh and no yogurt, as if that was ever going to be an issue.

My Gastric by-pass which was done over 9 years ago was still a new procedure called the Fobi Pouch, it helped but was not a permanent fix, merely a tool to assist my desire to achieve my goal. But now I am using Bio X4 to help achieve my further goals.

Dr. Lee has given me instructions on what to do and I have done them and have gained positive results from it. If it were not so, I would definitely be telling you that story as well because I fell victim to that side of the story.
