By the third day, a realized this was the real deal, definitely cut my appetite, and also I didn't feel too full and tired afterward. Warning: you will go to the bathroom more than usual. Everything I have read about the product seems to be working to my satisfaction by making my body more efficient.

I have taken this for five days only once a day and have stomach pain for hours. It's very uncomfortable to deal with. I most likely will stop taking these. It's not worth this much pain. I'm sure I probably can't get a refund even though it would be nice if I could. I hope others have better luck than I had.

I purchased a three-month supply of BIO-X4 recently. I've taken as directed for about 10 days and now have extremely difficult to control heartburn.

I feel like an idiot, as I usually view such products with skepticism. Perhaps it was Dr. Amy Lee's spiel that lent some credibility to BIO-X4 which influenced my purchase.

I wish now I had stuck to my convictions and not made such a poor decision.

I have only taken one capsule and I have terrible indigestion and gas pain. My stomach is visibly bloated to the point that I simply cannot eat a bite. I followed the directions completely, taking it with 16 ounces of water before eating. I have already been taking a very strong probiotic for several months, so I don't think that my stomach being upset is related to the Probiotics in Bio X4. I will try again tomorrow, but I'm afraid that my system may not be able to tolerate the ingredients. I am not going to rate the product yet. I will give it another try tomorrow.

I started my healthy living journey in December 2015. My husband and I watched Dr. Amy's YouTube video about Bio x4 and purchased as soon as we were done watching the video. I have lost 20lbs. using Bio x4, along with diet and exercise. I love that Bio x4 is easy to take and helps curb my appetite and cleanse my insides. I would highly recommend Bio x4 along with healthy eating choices and exercise. I also love that since I have purchased Bio x4 I receive emails from Dr. Amy that share great insight into healthy living choices. You will not be disappointed if you use this product.

I have been taking this for four days now and since the beginning, I have been so uncomfortably bloated with a dull headache that will not go away. I'm used to taking probiotics and suffer from bloating regularly, but not to this extent. Are these symptoms supposed to go away? Not sure if I should keep taking it or just quit as I really don't like the way I am feeling. No weight loss so far and I actually feel like I have less energy, which is the opposite of what I thought this was supposed to do. And I haven't noticed any appetite suppression. I had such high hopes for this.

Well, I've been taking Bio X4 for a week now and I can definitely feel a difference! I have never taken a digestive enzyme supplement before so I was cautious about it. Bio X4 definitely decreased my appetite and made me pee a lot.

At first, I experienced some diarrhea and serious cramping. At one point, I looked at my stomach and it was jumping around like there was a fight going on in my intestines. It's crazy how long that many toxins and backed up food remain in your system. I will keep using it. So far so good!

Like most other people trying to lose weight and keep it off, I have tried several supplements over the years, but none impressed me to the point where I reordered it. Nucific Bio X4 is the first, and I intend to continue using it. In fact, I have already recommended it to a friend. The biggest improvement has been in my digestion of foods, but I have also noticed a slight decrease in appetite and I have been able to keep off the pounds I recently lost, and I believe your supplement is the reason. I started taking it just as I was losing some weight by closer attention to my diet and I believe it made losing the last couple of pounds easier.

This product has worked so well for me. I can tell that it does exactly what it claims to do! My metabolism has improved and it surprisingly does help enhance my mood. I suffered from an eating disorder years ago that lasted for 3 years. The destructive habits took a toll on my body, and as I did recover my metabolism still wasn't the same. I had problems going to the bathroom and wouldn't go for sometimes 5 days at a time. The food I was eating wasn't leaving my body is what it seemed like.

I gained weight easily and it felt like everything I ate was just all being stored as fat. When I heard that most people go every day or at least every other day I knew something was wrong..That wasn't easy for me, it made me want to retrieve back to not eating or eating way less. I was always bloated and my body would never get rid of waste naturally, I had to resort to using Miralax or Ducolax if it went more than 7 days with out going.

I knew it had to be something with my metabolism, as I was searching I stumbled upon this product. I watched the entire video Dr. Lee made and was sold. It's so easy to just take a capsule before a meal and not have to worry about being bloated for the next 4 days. The job is always taken care of the next morning. (Sorry if it's too much information, but it's the truth). I love that this is a product that's natural and vitamin rich, I don't feel bad when taking it.

Great that I know it's actually good for my body and helping me compared to using other pills that include chemicals I've never heard of to try and help me lose weight. This is a great product that has done exactly what it says it will do. I've had no issues whatsoever. Nothing bad to say at all.

I feel normal but I do seem to have more energy to do harder task and bounce back from physically harder jobs with much less achiness than before. The scale shows the most change and I'm very hopeful it will continue too. I've lost 12 to 15 lbs in about 2 1/2 to 3 months, where before I wasn't able to even lose 1 lb without feeling so hungry. Haven't been on a downward trend on the scales for many years. So far so good, and without any side effects.Thank you Dr. Lee for actually teaching and helping us learn the why as well as the how to.
