So in all honesty, I was really nervous this was another weight loss scam especially because GNC, Costco, the Vitamin Shoppe and Amazon don't carry it. I was nervous I would buy it not like it and not be able to return it or give up through some ridiculous return policy.

I am happy to report that those are not even worries I have anymore. This is like my third day using these pills, and I am only doing one per meal and some days I only have two real meals, so the amount I am taking is on the low side. I can't say for certain if it is a placebo effect or not, but what I can report is how I now feel compared to before taking these pills.

Before taking the pills, I would say 30 to 40% of my day was thinking about food. I didn't even realize it because it was just what I used to. Now it's not so much as thinking about it as it is my stomachs makes sounds and I'm like oh, yeah, food, duh. So I'd say that percentage drops to like 15% of my day thinking about food. It doesn't seem like a lot, but to me, it's a huge noticeable difference. I didn't even finish two of my last meals because I felt full which is a true first. Normally I finish and am like ok, that's the end, not, ok, I'm full. I'm not reporting weight loss because it's my third day and that would just be ridiculous, but I can say that I am extremely happy that for the first time in my life I don't feel like my hunger controls me!

It's dumb, but I'm a 30-year-old man tearing up while I typed that last part. I have been overweight my whole life, and I run 5ks every weekend and 10ks maybe one of the weekends a month and hit the gym realistically like once every two weeks not nearly enough, but I should not be 60 lbs over my goal weight. For the first time, I feel like I stand a fighting chance of losing weight from working out. After many frustrating attempts to lose weight, I was a little apprehensive when I read about Nucific BIO X4, but thought I would give it a try. I was going overseas on vacation and started the pills about three weeks before departure, and the results I experienced were amazing.

Firstly, I noticed that I was not craving food constantly, I was not tired, even after 22 hours of travel. I felt better than I have in quite a while, and had absolutely no problems with foreign food, unlike my travel companions who suffered with jet lag, indigestion, etc. I did eat a lot of fish but found it easy to turn down dessert as I just didn't want it. This is the thing I noticed most, as I have a sweet tooth and am usually always snacking. Products I have used in the past promised to curb cravings but never produced, this product does!

I guess I got sucked in by the slickly done video ad, but really wanted this to work. I think it did, but after about five days of taking one tablet with each meal, I started getting headaches! I can honestly say that I rarely get headaches - almost never, unless accompanied by the flu.

I contacted Nucific by email as they offered a money-back guarantee - but no response whatsoever! How disappointing! I had my nutritionist check the label, and he said the only thing he could see that MIGHT cause headaches (in susceptible people) would be the last ingredient listed "Craving Control Blend" - so I guess I'm one of them! It might work for you, but I'm not supportive of this company any longer due to their failure to respond.

I truly can say that this product works. I was skeptical at first, but once I read that it wasn't harmful and there weren't any side effects, I had decided to give it a try. I've tried everything else, and I've gotten no results thus far, so why not? The results in one month were unbelievable. I tried another bottle the following month, and wow I've gone from a 48-inch waist down to a 34-inch waist, in just two months. When I started the regiment, I was 238 pounds, and now three months later I'm 202 pounds. I truly am grateful for this product BIO X4. It has truly changed my life.

It took almost a month for my package to arrive. I was anxiously awaiting for it since this was only my second order (first order had no problem). I was very disappointed to first be charged customs on it (over $20 Canadian) and then to open the package and only find one bottle instead of the three I re-ordered!
