Thank you, thank you, thank you. This has changed my life. I have been an emotional eater all my life. You can always tell how stressful my life is by my weight. I have been between 25 to 45 pounds overweight for the last four years. When I received my BIO X4 a few months ago, I was at my heaviest, other than being nine months pregnant. I was desperate.
The first day I took it I could feel the difference. I wasn't as hungry nor did I crave junk. I ate less at each meal. I thought it was my imagination, but it was real. I have lost 20 pounds in two months and have not started to exercise yet. At my job, it's always someone's birthday and we have cake. I can see junk food, and I have no desire for it. Weird! I crave healthy food. I originally bought three bottles, but this time I ordered six because I realize I can't do without it. One day I forgot to take it three times for the day and felt the difference. I ate junk food. I have to use this every day, three times a day. It's the best!
