I swear that I have not had an upset stomach or come down with the usual sniffles or cold since taking Bio X4. I think it must be the probiotics. I have more energy as well and don't have to drag myself into the kitchen to cook or make yogurt (which is one of my favorite things to do). I only need one cup of coffee to make it through the day and may try to switch to decaf at a later date to test if I am no longer dependent on caffeine. My brother and sister in law are also taking Bio X4 and one thing we all have in common is a suppressed appetite. I can actually stop eating when I want to. To be honest, I get so very full so fast that I can't seem to eat my usual portions. Not complaining about that. All in all, I think best reasons to take this is for appetite suppression and probiotics benefits.

I’m 46 and 70 lbs overweight. I’ve tried to lose weight for the last few months and failed. I’ve been sad and demoralized and the last few weeks considering drastic decisions. I tried BIO X4 for a totally different reason than weight loss. I've had psoriasis for 11 years, and it had taken over my life. I was miserable, itching and hurting 24/7, couldn't wear shorts skirts or even short sleeve shirts. I've tried medicated creams, store bought lotions, everything I could of.

I have tried several weight loss products in the past and always took their claims with a grain of salt. This was the right thing to do since none of them worked!

I have been using BIO X4 for about 60 days. The biggest gain for me has been a reduction of belly size and relief from bloating. I am 63 years old and had been trying to lose weight without success. I started BIO X4 along with a regimen of cottage cheese and banana for breakfast. My belly has been slowly shrinking, the bloating has virtually stopped, and I feel great! I have noticed a reduction in my food intake too, perhaps because of BIO X4, but more likely because of my focus on getting healthier, hard to say.

The reason I give this product four stars is two-fold. One, it is fairly expensive and two, the purchasing process is VERY annoying with all of the "offers" prior to finalizing the order. Otherwise, this is a truly excellent product!

I took BIO X4 for a month and have felt or seen no difference at all. I have not lost an ounce, and my digestive system is the same. I still have stomach bloat. This is a rip-off! Don't waste your money. I fell hook, line, and sinker after watching the lengthy video and bought six months worth of this CRAP! Now I'm stuck with five bottles!
