I have tried several weight loss products in the past and always took their claims with a grain of salt. This was the right thing to do since none of them worked!
Dr Lee said from the beginning that if you were looking to lose 50 pounds in a week that this was not the product for you, I found her honesty very refreshing.
I have been on BIO-X4 for one month and have started to notice that my clothes are fitting much better. I also used to have a problem with heartburn but this seems to also have corrected itself.
I have noticed that I do not feel hungry between meals and that my craving for sweets has all but disappeared!
I have a 6 month supply of BIO-X4 and I hope to continue with the results I am starting to see.
