I have tried other probiotics and supplements for overall health and weight loss and have been disappointed every time. BIO X4 has helped my digestion, weight loss, and overall well-being. I feel more energetic and have less cravings. I have lost about 13 lbs in the first two months of being on it.

All of that being said, it is not a magic pill, and I use it in conjunction with a healthy diet and regular exercise. It is an important part of my daily lifestyle, and I would notice a difference if I stopped taking it.

The supplement works as long as you eat healthy foods such as BIO X4 recommends. Exercise is a plus but doesn't need to be overbearing. I'm at the 60-day mark using BIO X4, and I've lost my belly fat around both sides of my stomach, probably lost an inch in my waistline. If I exercised 30 minutes a day, it would be more waistline loss. Definitely a lifestyle change to the diet, but worth the time to consider what you're consuming with your daily diet.

Taking this supplement makes me conscientious to my food intake, and I'm eating healthier foods. It's actually fun eating out and selecting menu items that maximize the weight loss necessary to compliment the diet. I will continue Dr. Lee's recommendation for another 90 days. I feel healthier and have more energy in my day-to-day routine, plus my clothes fit me better and I'm able to wear clothes that I haven't been able to wear in a while.

I like the product. It's not a miracle worker, but I could tell a difference in my "gut" health. It decreased my appetite some, not much. I like the product enough to continue taking it, but I absolutely cannot afford it. I can't understand why things that are beneficial to life have to be out of reach.

When I purchased the BIO X4, I was not made aware that I would be liable for tax when it landed in London. £31.00 later, the goods have been returned by royal mail, and no refund has been made despite regular requests.

I have been using BIO X4 for three months. I have lost over 35 pounds. I sleep better, eat better and my stomach problems have dissipated. I can't believe how much energy I have. I will continue to use BIO X4. I no longer take prescription medications for my past stomach problems, fibromyalgia, diabetes or pain management. The video inspired me to change my entire way of eating and living, at age 49.

With other methods, i.e. show up at the gym on occasion, etc., this formulation took me from meandering results to eliminating cravings and building a better gut bio-bacteria thing.

I am an addictive personality (which is why I've never had a drink, drugs, cigarette, or anything of that nature). My problem is once I get a taste of something I like, I can't stop thinking about it for hours after and I have to constantly resist the impulse to go and eat more of whatever hooked me. It is easy not be addicted to drugs/alcohol; you just don't start. Food addiction is not so easy since you HAVE to eat or you die.

From the day I started taking BIO X4, I was suddenly at peace with food. I eat when I'm hungry, and when I'm done eating, now my brain is done too. I don't spend most of the day thinking about how much I want to go and scarf down the remainder of whatever I was eating previously.

This is probably not the intent of this product, but it has eliminated a persistent stressor in my life. I just wish I hadn't missed the deadline for MoroSlim; I can only imagine what the combination of products will do for someone like me.
