I’ve been taking this and the Digestive and Carb and just started the beef bone broth and started at 165! Today I weighed 143! I have used BIO X4 for around three months or more and I did lose weight. I think the product is good for your body. I believe in the product and hope to continue to lose my goal, which is 3 lbs a week. Some weeks I don't make my goal, but so far I have lost 35 lbs. I still have another 60 lb to go to lose all the weight I would like to. I hope it keeps going slow and steady.

I mainly ordered BIO X4 to help with my digestive problems. That's what roped me in. I have terrible trouble with eating and digestion. And also, I also have terrible constipation and could lose a few pounds.

With taking one capsule, I only got a little relief. So I started taking two capsules as directed. And it really started helping and my digestive problems weren't as bad. It was easier to eat and my stomach didn't hurt so much. And a big benefit for me was that my constipation wasn't as severe. I was going without having to use my Relistor shot every two days for constipation. I was going frequently and with ease. It was a huge change in my life. I realized it even more. I ran out of it, and didn't have the money to buy more at the moment. And the stomach issues started coming back almost at once. And I had the worse constipation I have ever had. I went over a week before I went to the doctor and he told me what to do. It was awful. So I guess I will be ordering more.

The only thing that disappointed me, and stopped me from giving it 5 stars, was that I didn't get any of the weight loss advantages. No loss of appetite, no not wanting sugar, no weight loss. But these benefits aren't why I bought it. I bought it for all the stuff it has in it, for that. But I was a little disappointed. But for me, it's a great product. And I will be buying more.

I like the BIO X4 because it helps me eat less without feeling like I am starving myself. Admittedly, I am also eating healthy, lots of meat and fat and vegetables, but NO corn syrup or high fructose corn syrup, and all my numbers are the best they have been in over 20 years.

I ordered BIO X4 after reviewing Dr. Lee's presentation and following up checking her credentials. The presentation made a lot of sense, and the ingredients of BIO X4 are indeed natural. I was hoping to lose some weight, so I gave it a try. After using this product for one month (it's been 10 months now) I realized that the biggest benefit for me was that my IBS, which ruled my life, had nearly disappeared. I really didn't know anymore what normal gut health felt like, and getting it back is amazing. With it came a feeling of having control over my life, which also translated into a feeling of well-being. It has now become easier to control what I eat, although I don't diet. I have slowly lost some weight too. This product is worth a try.
