I’ve been taking this and the Digestive and Carb and just started the beef bone broth and started at 165! Today I weighed 143! My mood has changed tremendously, and I have more energy and more peace within myself! I am very happy with this program and really not "dieting" as they say! Thank you, Dr. Amy Lee, for all your hard work and concern for me!
