I lost 10 lbs after two months of taking BIO X4 at every meal. I purchased a six-month supply so I will see what happens. I hope to lose 30-40 lbs. I would not recommend it until after completing six months.

I have been taking BIO X4 for about three months to assist in better health, lose some weight and improve my colon health. To my surprise it has, I believe, helped reduce my A1C! I was taking Metformin 500 mg twice a day until about a month ago when my doctor reduced it to once a day and said it's possible I may be taken off the Metformin completely.

My tummy is almost flat when I wake up every morning. As soon as I eat anything, it progresses throughout the day to a bigger and bigger bloat. I always hate my tummy in the afternoon or evening and couldn't figure out why, even eating quality, non-GMO foods.

Using BIO X4 has helped a lot. My tummy stays flatter during the day, and in the evening my tummy is less than 1/2 the size it was from before BIO X4. I think taking a supplement with digestive enzymes is very helpful, and even more important as we age.
