My husband and I have both lost 10 lbs since taking this supplement.
His problem at first was the amount of water he had to drink. But he soon became accustomed to it. I have had no problems, and with BIO X4 and the water, the feeling of hunger is no longer there, and I cannot eat as large a portion of food like before.
We had our BIO X4 delivered to us while we were in Florida for the winter, and are now heading back home.
