Having started taking Bio X-4 a little over a month ago, I have dropped 10 pounds. I'm rarely hungry and have more energy. While I have a ways to go, I'm looking forward to it being a less complex process.

This product helps me control my weight. I can now eat more normally and regularly. It also helps with my digestion problem, I don't have mush gas anymore. So far, I have a pretty good experience with this.

I have had good results with Bio X4. Over the course of the two months I've been taking it (and never as many as 3 times per day), I have lost 3 lbs. Not sure if I can attribute that to anything else. All the other patterns are the same as the two months before. It seems to be working well for all the purposes I bought it for.

I have used your product and it works great. I have more energy and I am losing weight (not sure if it's the Biox4) and I also noticed my focusing is a little better.

My digestion is so much better. Probiotics take a bow for that. Dr Amy gets kudos for steering me away from chemical additives and artificial sweeteners that my body can't digest. Diet sodas have been replaced by water, fruit infused water and drinks with only Stevia for sweetener. I am over 70 years young. My last A1C dropped from 7.4 to 6.3 and cholesterol is 120. Blood pressure is great at 136/68. I have lost about 5 pounds and have actually achieved 5000 step days. At my age and post major back surgery, I am doing OK. I could diet a little better.

I was reluctant at first but since I've started taking these I have noticed a difference within a month. My appetite decreased and my body fat started falling off without losing my muscles. I will continue to take these and would recommend these to anyone. My friends and family noticed a difference even before I did. That's a great feeling.

I have been taking Bio X4 for a month now and I feel the same as I did before I even started taking it. It did not suppress my appetite what so ever, I am using the bathroom no more than I was before and I don't feel any type of energy. On top of that, it gives me gas! I won't pay $50 again for something I can do without the pill.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I have been using Bio X4 for a month now. It has regulated my bowel habits, which had been very slow. It has decreased my appetite and I expect weight loss to start any time now. I have had no negative side effects from this product. I feel it is safe to take.

Although I only started using the product 4 days ago, I started noticing results from the very beginning, mainly with regards to no bloating and much improved digestion.
