I started taking this a little over a month ago, and the empty, hungry feeling that I seem to always have in my stomach is not there. I started feeling this after taking the 1st recommended dosage! I Love It.

After about a week of starting to take BIO X4 each day, I noticed that even after eating junk food, I was not bloated any more and did not have the usual gassy problems. Also, my bowel movements became easier and I felt really cleaned out, then I started having two bowel movements each day. Wonderful!

It was a great difference for me. Just keeping the bowels moving out like that is a big deal to me and makes me feel better. I am 63 years old and I would love to take BIO X4 forever, but I am on a small budget and cannot afford it. But, yes, I do recommend it!

I am a new user of the Bio X4, so I cannot give any long-term results, but so far, I am pleased with the way it is making me feel. I am having less fatigue, and never feel the hunger or need to grab something to eat at times when snacking or binge eating is expected. I eat my 3 meals a day, but seem to get full faster. I have not noticed a huge weight loss, but as I stated before, I am new to the program. Hopefully, along with the overall just feeling better, I will also see a weight loss!

Bio X4 is nothing less then remarkable. It gave me that daily boost of energy that really helped me get through my day. It regulated my BM's, and actually helped curb my acid-reflux. I ate what ever I choose and didn't gain any extra weight either.

I started the product two months ago, and saying BIO X4 is awesome is an understatement. I LOVE IT. A little back ground on where I was before BIO X4, I was constantly looking for Red bulls or Monsters SOMETHING to give me that energy. Since Day 1 I have completely kicked energy drinks to the curb. I haven't exactly lost the weight I was hoping to lose by now, but my bowel movements have become a lot more regular WHICH IS AMAZING. I work out 5 times a week and this pill helps provide the energy needed to keep pushing myself further and further. I highly recommend BIO X4 to everyone!

I have been taking BIO X4 for seven complete weeks. I immediately began to notice increased energy, less sugar cravings and I get full faster. I notice greater success when I talk BIO-X4 20-30 minutes before I eat, I feel fuller faster. Starting week six I began noticing the pounds dropping a little quicker (I've lost about 8 pounds in total). During week seven I got pretty far off track with my personal and work life going bonkers at the same time. For the first time I missed a few doses, but am recommitted in the new week.

I love this product. I have used others, but they have not worked as well. My bowl movements have been more regular, and I have loved not having the feeling of a bloated stomach. I just feel better since I have been on BIO X4. I have only used it for one month and can already tell that it is working. I have even put my grandson on them, because he is always complaining about his stomach (which is because of what he eats), and he has seen a difference. I am just looking for it to keep getting better.

One of the main problems I have had with weight control was low energy. By the time my day was done, or usually long before hand, I'd be way too tired to want to exercise. And the times I did so, was unpleasant and painful. Within a few weeks of starting on BIO X4, my energy levels rose dramatically. I am now alert all day long, and get daily exercise in. I actually enjoy my power-walks and am much happier with myself.

I am so delighted and excited with my results. I was having a lot of digestive problems and painful constipation. However after taking Bio X4, I saw and felt immediate results. I stopped having pain and bloating after I ate. I didn't even do anything much different. I didn't really change the way I ate or started any exercise, but the Bio X4 still gave me great results that I am very happy with, ending my pain and suffering after eating. Furthermore as a plus benefit, I am losing weight weekly as well. It was not the main reason I wanted to try this product, but for my pain and digestive problems.
