After about a week of starting to take BIO X4 each day, I noticed that even after eating junk food, I was not bloated any more and did not have the usual gassy problems. Also, my bowel movements became easier and I felt really cleaned out, then I started having two bowel movements each day. Wonderful!
It was a great difference for me. Just keeping the bowels moving out like that is a big deal to me and makes me feel better. I am 63 years old and I would love to take BIO X4 forever, but I am on a small budget and cannot afford it. But, yes, I do recommend it!
