I watched the video on BIO X4 and was intrigued (curious) about the message on probiotics and how important it is to one’s health. I have been leaning towards more natural and holistic ways to maintain my body (and my husband’s) as we are now both in our 70’s and want to stay active for many more years.

The message on your ‘gut’ health seemed to make sense, so I ordered the product. I found after a month that I was less bloated and my clothes did fit better. I found I was more regular than normal with eliminating wastes almost after every meal. Not sure if this is good or bad, just my experience.

I bought BIO X4 primarily for its alleged weight loss benefits. I've been using it as directed for 45 days as of this writing, and I don't know how much of my weight loss can be ascribed to this product vs. improving my diet, but I'll take it. What I'm much more excited about is how much better I feel generally. For example, my acid reflux has completely disappeared. Before BIO X4, I was taking Prilosec daily, supplemented with antacids, and still had reflux. I haven't had to take either after the first full week of taking BIO X4, and I feel great. For that alone, I highly recommend this product.

Before discovering BIO X4, I had trouble with acid reflux as well as gas. After about two weeks on this product, I noticed a calming effect in my digestion.
