I watched the video on BIO X4 and was intrigued (curious) about the message on probiotics and how important it is to one’s health. I have been leaning towards more natural and holistic ways to maintain my body (and my husband’s) as we are now both in our 70’s and want to stay active for many more years.
The message on your ‘gut’ health seemed to make sense, so I ordered the product. I found after a month that I was less bloated and my clothes did fit better. I found I was more regular than normal with eliminating wastes almost after every meal. Not sure if this is good or bad, just my experience.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
