I was only offered a full refund if I shipped back the bottle, which means I would still have to pay something. I settled for a partial refund.

Effectiveness

I followed the instructions and did not notice any difference. I might as well been taking sugar pills. Only these sugar pills are expensive. I watched the video, and that was an impressive video. That is the reason why I chose to buy the pills.

Horrible company to deal with!

I placed an order for three bottles of the BIO X4 for $129.00 but later decided to go read the reviews. I am so sorry I didn't do that before ordering!

First of all, the ordering process is a scam. They make you think that you are verifying your three-bottle order but really you are just adding another three more bottles, so after repeated requests for more and I kept saying "no" over and over again! So then, after reading the reviews and the warning not to take if you have kidney or liver failure, I then called up the company within a few hours after I ordered! The customer service representative girl said NO, she could not cancel my order and to just refuse it when I get it. So I said I would like to speak with a manager supervisor, and finally she got me one after ten minutes on hold.

Jody M then said he would cancel my order and refund my money. But then the next day I got an email saying that my order was shipped! What a scam. Beware of this company!

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Gained weight

I ordered BIO X4 and was very excited to get started on a new healthier lifestyle. Upon taking it, I began to feel bloated. A month later I was 15 lbs heavier. I called to return the product and was told that my weight gain was normal and to be patient, and continue to take BIO X4 and my weight would begin to come off. I can't afford to gain any more weight, so I decided to stop the product and get a refund. I am livid! And to add insult to injury, I had to pay to send it back.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

UK import taxes - make this clear on Nucific website!

I cannot comment specifically on whether the product works as claimed or not. I have only taken a few tablets but had to come off them for now due to other medical issues.

I ordered the product, noting free delivery, etc. I was shocked to find that my postman needed to take almost £30 from in taxes/charges before he could release the packet. Stuck between rock and a hard place, to pay the £30, and therefore the "savings" made on the product were eradicated and it was not cheap to begin with, or not pay and wave goodbye to the significant sum already paid, and lose the product. Not a happy bunny.

My issue is with Nucific's customer service response. I queried why it is not made clear before checkout that significant import taxes will apply. If they do tell you then I never saw it, and considering that as you try to checkout you are bombarded with pop-ups and "just before you go" to try to upsell they probably don't have any space to dedicate to this additional information.

The only response I got was basically, "we don't control import taxes, here is the link to the import charges in the UK." Uh, yeah, I now know this, thanks a bunch. NOT!

Please, please please, if you are in the UK, factor these charges into your purchase. You have to pay in cash when the postie calls, or go and collect at the depot miles away if you need to pay any other way!

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Do not buy!

When I purchased the BIO X4, I was not made aware that I would be liable for tax when it landed in London. £31.00 later, the goods have been returned by royal mail, and no refund has been made despite regular requests.

Do not buy the product. It, along with many others that I will be listing soon, is a scam.

Painful side effects

The good part I experienced with BIO X4 is the loss of cravings, and the feeling of fullness when eating. It really worked well with those.

However, as soon as I started taking BIO X4, I experienced pain while urinating that got worse. It was so painful that I went to my doctor and found out I had a urinary tract infection. I stopped taking BIO X4 while I took the antibiotic, and then resumed when I finished the round of medication. After a couple of days, the pain returned and did not go away. I went back to my doctor, found I had another UTI, had another round of antibiotics that cleared everything up, and then when I resumed the BIO X4.

I did some research on the ingredients and found that Caralluma Fimbriata can cause painful urination. I have stopped taking BIO X4 and won't take it again. This is very disappointing to me because I loved not having cravings anymore.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Please keep in mind that it is very important to consult your physician prior to starting any new supplements, to make sure they are right for you. Please know that there is no known relation between the ingredients found in BIO X4 and the cause of urinary tract infections.

We do not recommend taking BIO X4 while treating an infection, to ensure that it does not counteract the medication you are receiving unless otherwise advised by a physician. Sending it back

I've been taking it for two weeks now, and it has not caused me to lose weight or anything else. I'm not really happy with it, and I'm about ready to send it back and get my money back because it has not made me lose weight.

DO NOT deal with this company. WARNING. Stay away!

They are a bunch of crooks and scammers. No order confirmation before the order is finalized, keep adding on more products in your cart without you knowing, in order to trick you into buying more. Customer service will not resolve your problems. The owner is Amy Lee, and she should change her name to Amy Lie!

Fraudulent charges

This company will charge your credit card unauthorized charges and send you products you did not order and then refuse to send you a return shipping label or give you your money back. That is what happened to me, and I reported them to my credit card company in which a fraud investigation is underway.

It’s been a nightmare dealing with this company and their very poor and unprofessional customer service. Do NOT buy any products from Nucific.

I want a refund and the customer service does not respond.

Unsatisfied with the product, I have requested a return authorization three times, and no reply comes. They do keep spamming about new products. This is a rip-off, bogus product.

Most companies will communicate and resolve a problem, but these greedy people have not bothered to try responding.
