    Nucific BIO X4

    UK import taxes - make this clear on Nucific website!

    I cannot comment specifically on whether the product works as claimed or not. I have only taken a few tablets but had to come off them for now due to other medical issues.

    I ordered the product, noting free delivery, etc. I was shocked to find that my postman needed to take almost £30 from in taxes/charges before he could release the packet. Stuck between rock and a hard place, to pay the £30, and therefore the "savings" made on the product were eradicated and it was not cheap to begin with, or not pay and wave goodbye to the significant sum already paid, and lose the product. Not a happy bunny.

    My issue is with Nucific's customer service response. I queried why it is not made clear before checkout that significant import taxes will apply. If they do tell you then I never saw it, and considering that as you try to checkout you are bombarded with pop-ups and "just before you go" to try to upsell they probably don't have any space to dedicate to this additional information.

    The only response I got was basically, "we don't control import taxes, here is the link to the import charges in the UK." Uh, yeah, I now know this, thanks a bunch. NOT!

    Please, please please, if you are in the UK, factor these charges into your purchase. You have to pay in cash when the postie calls, or go and collect at the depot miles away if you need to pay any other way!

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
