I have always had problems going to the bathroom. I spent 2 to 3 day not been able to go, and I felt bloated. I have been taking BIO X4 for a month, and I love it! I go to the bathroom everyday 2 to 3 times a day, and I feel great. I do not see I have lost weight, but apparently, I have. My co-workers and friends say I look great and thinner.

I only took Nucific enzymes for a month but could definitely see a change in my cravings after a few days. I started craving less caloric and carb dense foods and could really sense the fullness and satisfaction during meals rather than gorging and feeling bloated and awful afterward.

Far better than Activia. It reduces acid reflux. Be careful if you have issues with bromelain. Dosing is important. Too much causes tightening in the chest, cramps, and a sense of constricted breath. One a day is great for digestion, weight loss, improved regularity, energy boost, and reduction of phlegm. Very pleased, but must take one per day. I have had issues when taking high dose bromelain, so I know the symptoms.

I have been taking BIO X4 for about five weeks now. I can see a big difference with my digestive tract, with more regular bowel movements. I seem to have more energy and less fatigue. A little disappointed that I haven't lost any weight though, but I think that will change when my eating habits change. No side effects at all.

This seems to be working for me. I am taking it as directed, one about 5 minutes before eating, three times each day. This is much easier than other products I've tried, and I am down about 8 pounds without altering how or what I eat. I will certainly keep taking this. Easy, peasy.

I cannot comment specifically on whether the product works as claimed or not. I have only taken a few tablets but had to come off them for now due to other medical issues.

I ordered the product, noting free delivery, etc. I was shocked to find that my postman needed to take almost £30 from in taxes/charges before he could release the packet. Stuck between rock and a hard place, to pay the £30, and therefore the "savings" made on the product were eradicated and it was not cheap to begin with, or not pay and wave goodbye to the significant sum already paid, and lose the product. Not a happy bunny.

My issue is with Nucific's customer service response. I queried why it is not made clear before checkout that significant import taxes will apply. If they do tell you then I never saw it, and considering that as you try to checkout you are bombarded with pop-ups and "just before you go" to try to upsell they probably don't have any space to dedicate to this additional information.

The only response I got was basically, "we don't control import taxes, here is the link to the import charges in the UK." Uh, yeah, I now know this, thanks a bunch. NOT!

Please, please please, if you are in the UK, factor these charges into your purchase. You have to pay in cash when the postie calls, or go and collect at the depot miles away if you need to pay any other way!

I have issues with bloating and filling overly full and gaining weight even though I exercise and don’t overeat. This product really helped get me back on track and got rid of all of my symptoms.

I am a 68-year-old woman who had gained 35 pounds from eating too much "good stuff." After viewing an advertisement for Nucific BIO X4, which stated that the capsules would aid in diet control, improved gastric health, and more energy, I knew I had to try it.

When I received my BIO X4, I had already started to lose weight, but I still felt tired and had no energy. I had been dieting for about six weeks when I received the BIO X4. Now after taking the BIO X4 for almost two months, I have lost more weight and am feeling great! My energy level has risen until I feel like a teenager again (well, almost) and could not be happier. Plus I am wearing clothes I have not been able to wear in two years. I contribute this renewed energy and continued weight loss to BIO X4.

Since I have been taking BIO X4, I no longer suffer from bloatedness, and I do not eat as much as I used to. I have noticed my waist size is decreasing because pants that were once snug on me, now slide down without even unbuttoning them. I still haven't been able to exercise like I normally do, but even without it, I can see the change happening. I am very happy with BIO X4 and will continue to use it.

The concept of Nucific made sense, however, I was not sure what effects it would have. My fiancé and I started taking them as directed and within a week we both experienced a decrease in belly pooch. His stomach flattened out, and my stomach did not poke out as much. We enjoy Nucific and expect to eat anything we want (although we don't) without any stomach or digestion issues.

This has been great with helping with my digestive system. I suffered terrible cramps after eating and quite often bloated, but this has gone.

I only wish we lived in the USA as this is too expensive to ship over to the United Kingdom as it costs an extra $44 to get through customs. Hopefully, soon they should have a seller in the United Kingdom for this product.
