My experience with this product was unexpected. I ordered it and promptly received it. But due to unforeseen circumstances, I did not get a good start with taking the pills on a regular basis. After my life got a little more under control, I was able to start taking BIO X4 on a regular basis and WOW!

Now, you have to go with me on this; I don't believe in weighing your self, in fact, I don't even own a scale. But of course I do know a few people that have these devices, so I do have a chance to weigh myself (but I haven't yet). What I can tell you is the difference BIO X4 has made in my eating habits, and I know this will lead to weight loss. I do not believe in denying myself or starving myself, and if I am craving a sweet I will have a bite of something that takes care of it. But I have noticed since starting BIO X4 I have less cravings and when I do crave a sweet bite, it only takes just a few bites of something sweet and I am over it.

I find that I am maybe a little more energetic, so I am doing more than thinking about my next meal.

I loved the supplement order I received and took it as directed.

It wasn't too bad, but I think I've had better. I can't really say what I loved about this or whether what it was that I didn't like about this product. I think I would recommend this to anyone who wanted to take this, though. I thoroughly like the ease in which I could take this; one tablet or capsule as directed.

I will start right off the bat an introduce myself. I am a retired neurologist and follow nutrition due to all the patients of mine with memory disorders. What we eat is critical for good body and memory function.

I am having success with BIO X4. I started BIO X4 on July 6, 2017, weighing 141.5 pounds, 65.5 inches tall, waist 32 ½ inches, and hips 37 ⅝ inches. While I was not considered obese, I am 66 years old and wanted to get the weight down some so I could fit into my clothes. I knew that would help my backaches and knee pain. I saw that my weight was slowly creeping up year after year.

As of September 21, 2017, my belly bloat is gone and ,I no longer look six months pregnant. My weight is 136 pounds, waist 36 inches, hips 37 inches. I did not go on a diet. I changed some food choices, but overall had a reasonably healthy diet before BIO X4.

The BIO X4 made me a little less hungry, so I got satisfied sooner. I no longer craved sweets. That made a big difference in my eating. No longer did I want dessert at a restaurant, or that carton of ice cream to be in my freezer. My food choices are much smarter thanks to the education given by Dr. Lee.

The probiotics in BIO X4 are very important to me and are essential to a healthy gut. I was already spending a fair amount of money to get a high-quality probiotic, so purchasing BIO X4 was not more expensive. I can definitely tell the difference in the probiotic compared to what I have taken in the past. And I am a person who has to use oral and inhaled steroids for asthma, which causes havoc on the bacteria in your digestive system, so using good probiotics are essential. The BIO X4 is an excellent choice for good health. I plan to keep using them.

I may try some of the other products next.

I ordered my BIO X4 today, but because of all the offers that come up during the ordering process, I duplicated my order! However, I caught it right away and called customer service right away. My rep was understanding, apologetic, and very efficient! Hopefully, the product works this well!

I have been using BIO X4 for six weeks now, and after about three weeks I started losing weight. Before that, though, I started noticing increased energy. I am over 60 and losing weight has been almost impossible, so this product is wonderful. I really appreciate the "hints" that come every week or so, like drinking two glasses of water before each meal. This is something that is easy to forget, yet it helps me stay hydrated and reduces my appetite. Double bonus. I'll stay with this for a while and see if I keep experiencing the benefits.

My reasons for purchasing BIO X4 were strictly for digestive reasons, mainly acid-reflux and bloating. The prescribed probiotic I was taking was not working, and I could not get a full night of rest because I would wake up in the middle of the night to take an Antacid. I thought I was getting or had an ulcer.

It took about two weeks before I started to notice that my indigestion episodes after a meal and during the night had started to decrease. After six weeks of taking BIO X4, I began to sleep through the night, (indigestion gone), something I have not been able to do for months.

I truly believe this product has made a difference in my overall health. I have more energy, am eating less and enjoying food again without taking an acid-reflux medicine 45 minutes before a meal.

I was skeptical when I ordered this product, but after taking it for approximately one month, I found that my once constipated situation changed to a regular schedule of one to three times a day. Eliminating all the excess waste makes one feel better. My tummy seems to be shrinking. I do recommend this product.

I like the product. It's not a miracle worker, but I could tell a difference in my "gut" health. It decreased my appetite some, not much. I like the product enough to continue taking it, but I absolutely cannot afford it. I can't understand why things that are beneficial to life have to be out of reach.

No negative side effects. Lost some unwanted pounds around the middle. Generally felt good, with better stamina through the day. Also intentionally ate less carbs, less caffeine, and less alcohol.

Would welcome lower prices to continue with this supplement.

I have Fibromyalgia and I had to take three Gabapentin a day to manage my daily pain level, but if I'm stressed by anything, my pain level would rise, and I couldn't take another dosage. Plus having this pain made me depressed and hopeless. I haven't been able to lose weight, which is the first thing all physicians recommend, but it's impossible because all meds prescribed for Fibro's first side effect is weight gain. I was gaining an average of 10 Lbs per year and this year was my 8th year with this disease. I had gained 80 lbs and other than starving myself, which I couldn't be we have chronic fatigue and without food, I couldn't function at all. I was desperately looking for something that can help me lose weight, and I've tried everything. I'm quite savvy with good nutrition and only eat organic foods.

When I saw Dr. Amy's video about foods one shouldn't eat, I learned one thing new. I drink only water and green tea, but not the same high amounts that it has in BIO X4. When I did research and saw how costly it would be to purchase these products on my own, I decided to try it. As usual, it takes people with Fibro weeks for the meds to be absorbed by our body and didn't anticipate a quick change right away, but during the fourth week, as I measured myself (we lose inches faster than pounds, thus I stopped using scales, and only measure myself), I notice I was 2 inches thinner.

A few days later, I had a doctors appointment and I asked my doctor as he walked in, "Look at what I weighed last month and look at what I weight now?" I dropped 12 Lbs after four weeks of taking BIO X4. He said, "That's great! Whatever you're doing, keep up the good work! Come back in two weeks, (I also had blood work to follow up on) and we'll continue tracking the weight loss." I kept taking the pills with each meal and walking was the only form of exercise I could do because I had a bad knee and walk with a cane.

Two weeks later, I didn't anticipate losing as much weight, because I know that women lose much of their water retention in the first two weeks of dieting, but when the RN weighed me for the following appointment, I had lost an additional 18 lbs. My mouth dropped and my eyes welled up because I haven't lost that much weight since I was in my thirties and I'm 57. My doctor was shocked and amazed. He said, "Impressive! Most of my patients your age, lose 2-3 pounds a week and then gain them back a few months later. You are doing excellent! Keep up the good work!"

This was three months ago, and today I've lost 48 lbs and dropped two dress sizes. Plus, BIO X4 has healed my immune system because I now take only one pill of medication a day and I sleep better, and the depression is gone. My lower back was always painful and made it difficult to walk far without several rest periods, but since dropping the first 12 lbs, I haven't had any lower back pain either. If you have chronic pain and need to lose weight, this product really works!
