I have had digestive troubles for about 7-8 years. Four years ago it was suggested to me that I may have a gluten intolerance. I started eating gluten-free, and immediately my tummy troubles improved greatly, however, the issues returned last year. Bloating, passing whole foods through the system, nausea, cramps, diarrhea, achy joints, unhealthy hair and nails, the list goes on. I have had all kinds of medical tests and procedures, major organ scans and levels checked, colonoscopy and upper GI, and nothing shows up as "wrong."

I started BIO X4 last month, and again I have had immediate improvement. Today I accidentally skipped my lunch capsule, and I got nausea, cramps, and diarrhea within two hours of eating (too much information, I know). I don't know exactly how this works but, for me I apparently need it to process foods correctly. I didn't buy it for weight loss, just simply a desperate need for some digestive relief. It works!

I have not used a full month. I did have some side effects, however, I had some cramping. I was told some people will have these problems and they are temporary. I stopped taking because of side effects and then started again after the problem was explained. I appreciate the advice given to me to resolve the issue. Not all companies have this available to its customers. Thanks.

I have been plagued with gastric paresis for years. BIO X4 has helped my stomach. I still have occasional bloating, so I decided to try the probiotic formula. It did help curb my appetite. Although I usually eat smaller meals more frequently since it takes my stomach hours to digest a meal.

As I watched the video with much skepticism, I did pay very close attention to what was being said. Long story short, I purchased ONE bottle. Along with the BIO X4, I changed my eating habits ONLY. I started taking them on August 27th, and I did lose 20 pounds until September 31st. I went on vacation for two weeks. I kept taking the pills, but I ate things that were bad for me.
