The BIO X4 has helped with my irregularity issues. I initially ordered six bottles so both my husband and I could try the product. It certainly helps control our sugar addiction issues. He has lost 10 lbs, and I've lost 8 in about two months. We have followed the "Sugarbusters" plan along with the Nucific supplement. I will order again.
