I started taking them on August 27th, and I did lose 20 pounds until September 31st. I went on vacation for two weeks. I kept taking the pills, but I ate things that were bad for me. I came back and only gained 4 lbs. Now I took off the 4 lbs, plus 2 more. I want to keep taking them. They are helping my digestive system too. I feel so much better and have more energy.
