As I watched the video with much skepticism, I did pay very close attention to what was being said. Long story short, I purchased ONE bottle. Along with the BIO X4, I changed my eating habits ONLY. Meaning I have yet to exercise. After a month, I have lost 30 lbs! I am so happy with the product, and the way I feel coupled with the weight loss. I ordered SIX more bottles this past weekend!
