I have had digestive troubles for about 7-8 years. Four years ago it was suggested to me that I may have a gluten intolerance. I started eating gluten-free, and immediately my tummy troubles improved greatly, however, the issues returned last year. Bloating, passing whole foods through the system, nausea, cramps, diarrhea, achy joints, unhealthy hair and nails, the list goes on. I have had all kinds of medical tests and procedures, major organ scans and levels checked, colonoscopy and upper GI, and nothing shows up as "wrong."
I started BIO X4 last month, and again I have had immediate improvement. Today I accidentally skipped my lunch capsule, and I got nausea, cramps, and diarrhea within two hours of eating (too much information, I know). I don't know exactly how this works but, for me I apparently need it to process foods correctly. I didn't buy it for weight loss, just simply a desperate need for some digestive relief. It works!
