I have not used a full month. I did have some side effects, however, I had some cramping. I was told some people will have these problems and they are temporary. I stopped taking because of side effects and then started again after the problem was explained. I appreciate the advice given to me to resolve the issue. Not all companies have this available to its customers. Thanks.
