I have been on Bio X4 for approximately 1 month. I believe that I have lost about 6 maybe 8 lbs. My cravings for most things have diminished considerably. Drinking lots of water helps. I have UC. Have had no problems with flare ups since beginning Bio X4. It's a win, win situation here. Thanks!

To be clear, there was no overnight change. The website did say it would take a month or so to work. It's slow and gradual but then one day you realize, my digestive system is working better and I finally feel better. Thank you!

I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis (UC) about 2 years ago. I have suffered with bloating and a host of other digestive issues since then. Since starting BIO-X4 two months ago, my digestive issues have all but disappeared. I have lost about 8 pounds in two months with little to no effort. I have been able to get my cravings for sugar and refined carbohydrates under control and my energy levels are returning which is allowing me to have the energy to begin doing moderate exercising each day.

Although BIO-X4 has an appetite suppressant in the product, I have not experienced any side effects that many other weight management products produce such as sleeplessness or jitters.

In the two years I have been taking a prescribed medication for my UC, costing over $800.00 a month to keep my UC under control, the medication has not come close to bringing my digestive issues under control as BIO-X4 has at a much lesser cost per month. Although I would NEVER recommend anyone stopping their medication without their doctors approval, this is exactly what I'm planning on asking my physician this next month.

So far the Bio X4 is working as stated. My digestion and absorption are definitely better. I have lost 12 pounds in about 4 weeks. I have a lot more to go so we'll see how this keeps going. As far as energy, it is kind of hard to tell because I have a seriously screwed up back and that kind of keeps me worn down. I definitely wake up feeling more refreshed, it is just as the day wears on and I am working, my back kicks up and I have a tendency to sit quite a bit. I am self-employed so I have to stay up and moving. No sick days for me.

Although I only started using the product 4 days ago, I started noticing results from the very beginning, mainly with regards to no bloating and much improved digestion. I am so delighted and excited with my results. I was having a lot of digestive problems and painful constipation. However after taking Bio X4, I saw and felt immediate results. I stopped having pain and bloating after I ate. I didn't even do anything much different. I didn't really change the way I ate or started any exercise, but the Bio X4 still gave me great results that I am very happy with, ending my pain and suffering after eating. Furthermore as a plus benefit, I am losing weight weekly as well. It was not the main reason I wanted to try this product, but for my pain and digestive problems.
