I absolutely love BIO X4!

It has truly helped my stomach issues. I am not near as bloated, and I tend to have more energy after taking it. I am detoxing after every meal and overall just feel so much better!

Six years ago, I retired after a 30-year Army career. Since retirement, I've continued to exercise, but the pounds and belly began to increase. After a month of using BIO X4, I've lost 20 pounds and 3 inches around the waist without any major changes in my lifestyle. I started taking BIO X4 about a month ago. I work at a grocery store and am on my feet several hours a day, so I get plenty of exercise. But the problem with working there is all the sweets from the bakery that are very tempting and I love so much. Add to that the fact that my eating habits are not the best either, it's a recipe for being out of shape.

Since taking the product, I have cut sugars down to a minimum and most of all no soda or sweet tea. I won't lie, it has been a struggle, but I went from 235 lbs to 220 and have had to take my belt in two holes. I feel great and am glad I did it. I would like to lose about another 10 lbs; I am a pretty big guy so 205 would be perfect.

For years I have had trouble going to the restroom and had a lot of bloating and constipation. I got an email from Amy and thought, "what could I lose?"

The BIO X4 is great. I feel less bloated and more regular. My husband and I both have lost weight and inches. I could tell a difference with my appetite immediately. I cannot overeat when I take a pill as recommended. If I try to overeat I am miserable. The BIO X4 really helps.

I bought the three-bottle starter pack and could tell a positive difference with my stomach issues almost immediately, but as far as weight loss or appetite suppression, nothing. By the end of the second bottle, I decided it wasn't working for what I wanted it to and tried to contact customer service to return the third bottle, but could not reach a live person and never received responses to my multiple emails.

Their claims to "want your feedback" are obviously not true. So buyer beware, either start with one bottle and decide, or go into the purchase knowing you are taking a risk.

I was initially motivated to start this supplement because I was having stomach discomfort (not heartburn) and bloating after most meals. I'm not one to eliminate any foods from my diet so I thought I'd try Nucific Bio.

I don't remember to take it before every single meal. I have noticed a significant reduction in my GI symptoms. As far as appetite suppression, meh. Weight loss, meh. I am feeling better and definitely more active.
