I started taking BIO X4 about a month ago. I work at a grocery store and am on my feet several hours a day, so I get plenty of exercise. But the problem with working there is all the sweets from the bakery that are very tempting and I love so much. Add to that the fact that my eating habits are not the best either, it's a recipe for being out of shape.
Since taking the product, I have cut sugars down to a minimum and most of all no soda or sweet tea. I won't lie, it has been a struggle, but I went from 235 lbs to 220 and have had to take my belt in two holes. I feel great and am glad I did it. I would like to lose about another 10 lbs; I am a pretty big guy so 205 would be perfect.
