Opendoor was a great company to work with and the only way to sell your house. I loved this process because you didn't have to show your house and have people walking through your house every day. The process is simple and easy. I was informed through the entire process. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I received immediate responses and had all my questions answered and explained thoroughly. I highly recommend Opendoor to sell your house.

We closed 17 days after my initial inquiry for what I thought was a very fair price. All of the people we dealt with were straight-forward and transparent. The folks that came to the house to do their inspection were great and took the time to fill in a few blanks and answer questions that I had. I didn't know what to expect when I started the process, but I couldn't be happier with the entire process and the end result. I would recommend to anyone that they consider Opendoor and an alternative to traditional home selling. I have sold 6 or 7 homes in my life, all with help from corporate services, but this was the easiest and quickest in my experience.

The entire process with Opendoor was easy and fast. They provided an immediate, competitive offer. The scheduled inspection took a couple of hours and was thorough. The quote to provide needed repairs seemed a little high but close to customary fees. Closing was fast and painless. I'm sure we could've gotten a little more by selling the conventional way, but it was definitely worth not dealing with the hassle that goes along with showing homes. I'm sure realtors hate the concept of OD but it's very easy on the seller.

I was given a quote for the house within a few days, an inspection within a week and closed within 3 weeks. The process was fast, reliable, and they offered me a competitive price. It took the hassle out of the moving process and allowed me to get into my new home stress-free.

Shoutout to Clif, Julie, and Stephanie, they're awesome. They were very easy to work with. They were knowledgeable, thoughtful, and hard-workers. I changed my move out date 3 times and Julie was very accommodating and worked with me on that. Not one time she was annoyed.

Most important to me, Julie and Clif were very honest with me about everything. They were always available and helpful, and I always felt that they truly had my best interests at heart.

I needed to make repairs to my house before I could sell and my credit was not good so I couldn't get a loan to do it.

I saw the Opendoor ads. Didn't really think much of it but I wanted to see how much they would offer. They actually offered more than I thought they would.

The next part was the assessment phase. I really thought they would go overboard on the repairs. Again they didn't. My downstairs A/C was not working so they deducted the repairs from that.

So the process was great with flexible closing dates cause they buy cash as-is.

I had a lot of equity in my house and they allowed me to get it out.

They give you a fair offer at first. Then beware, it’s 8.5% service (very high) fee. You also pay the closing cost and then they tell you that they’re not gonna ask for you to replace anything that isn’t broken, but when they come out and do the inspection, they want new this, new that, or you can pay for it. It’s not what it seems, when you asked to negotiate the price for the repairs they give you a peanut. If you’re not in such a great hurry but you got another month or two, look elsewhere, there are so much better deals out there. This may have been one of the best options at one time, but they have changed everything so it’s no longer what it seems. Might as well just sell the ugly homes.

I did not want to deal with inconvenient home showings and the home repairs I thought would be required to sell. I heard about Opendoor from the radio and decided to request an offer to see if they truly were competitive. The offer was more than what a realtor had told me I should ask for the home. I thought the catch would be after the initial inspection. They came back with $0 in repairs required. Due to work conflicts, I had to change the closing date at least 3 times during the process which was very easy to do. Everything was done on my time. Responsive staff. I would definitely recommend Opendoor to anyone wanting to sell their home without any hassle.
