Performix SST

I started taking Performix SST roughly two weeks ago. It started out great as I had a lot of energy after taking two on an empty stomach like the directions say. I usually ate breakfast about 30 minutes to an hour later. I love coffee but gave it up while on these. I think with most of these pills, if you don't use them as directed (like drinking coffee with them) then that is the source of your bad side effects. I was drinking a bottle of water right after taking them in the morning and making sure I drank at least three more throughout the day and was fine. Yes, you do need to go to the bathroom after the first hour, and I think that's normal! I have always eaten pretty healthy and gone to the gym at least five times a week. Performix gave me GREAT focus in the morning and though-out the day without making me lose sleep at night!

As far as results, (of course the main reason why I wanted to take them), I am a runner and I wasn't seeing them quite as fast as I have with Hydroxycut, but the last time I took that was years ago. I actually took SST back to try the new Hydroxycut SX 7 because there were a lot more reviews on that. if that doesn't go well, I am switching back to SST. Overall, I had no bad side effects, it didn't affect my sleep, gave me great energy, and I recommend it!

Gave a great amount of energy and didn't make me feel like it was too much. Was really disappointed in my weight loss results though. Almost finished the whole bottle and lost 1 lb. And that is with working out pretty much every day, sometimes twice a day and eating right with no pop and taking the pills in the morning, waiting half an hour to an hour to eat. I have done oxyElite​ Pro 3 years ago and lost about 60 lbs in three months. Unfortunately not on the market any more. GNC representative suggested Hydroxycut​ to be the closest to oxy and I tried it after I had my daughter, and it worked just not as fast. I would call this an energy booster but not a fat burner. Wish I would have bought Hydroxycut​ like I have planned to. I want something that's going to help me shed pounds to where I want to be. Then I will not need a supplement anymore, with the habit of burning my calorie intake.

The first two containers I purchased fizzled when I added water. The little blue crystals were eventually distributed, the product tasted great, and I lost ten extra pounds in the first two months of taking this product. SST didn't give me side effects or jitters either. When I returned to GNC a few months later to purchase two more containers, upon inspection one of the containers was exactly like the first two containers, but the other container looked like blue grey baby powder. The powder was so fine that the dust from it filled the air the same way talcum powder works. There were no blue crystals in the powder and when I added water it did not fizzle and it tasted horrible, old and like mildew. I checked the date - the date was good.

When I returned the product, the GNC guy didn't have a clue as to why it looked different. He even exchanged with one good container and one that looked and had the same horrible taste as the one I exchanged it with. I contacted Performix SST in an email about my question as to why their product had changed. I never got a reply.

Bottom line is I think every so often GNC sells a fake product. You'll know it when you open the container and the mysterious dust fills the air. You can smell the difference as well. Return it for refund if you do. I'd like answers from the company directly. I could not find a number to contact them by either. I'd also like to know if anyone else has had the same issue I've had with this product.

I haven't even been taking it for a week and I started in a low dosage yet it made me feel sick to my stomach and gave me gastrointestinal problems. I went to the doctor to have blood work done and my enzymes are extremely high. To top it off, I'm having what seems to be pains coming from my liver.

I've quit taking it as I have to have a ultrasound done to my liver now. I plan on trying to get my money back from my purchase and warn others about SST.

I took Performix SST in the morning on an empty stomach. Then a half hour later, I drank a meal replacement. All I know is that I was grinding my teeth all day. It seemed to give me energy and a lot of it. Not sure about weight loss due to the fact that it's my first day. I took a second pill at about 1 pm. It's 5 PM now and I'm not the least bit tired and want to go jogging. The thing is, I never jog but with this energy I have, I want to do.

I do notice an increase in my energy. Although, I haven't weighed myself just yet because I'm waiting for the end of the two weeks. All in all, I haven't noticed any huge difference in anything yet.

Today was my first day taking the pill and it kept me going through work all day. I took it around 8 A.M. with a glass of water for lunch all I had was a small spinach salad and I felt full. Around 6 P.M. I forced myself to have a small dinner and still felt full. I made the mistake of taking the second pill right before bed and now I've been up for hours. I actually really like this product so far! I might down my dosage to one pill a day however.

I have Sjogren's Disease and Fibromyalgia. Both cause fatigue. Performix has helped with the fatigue and unbelievably has been making my mouth water. This is a good thing, as Sjogren's dries up your moisture glands. Yeah.

I got this product and right off the bat took 2 pills. Within the hour I felt like crap. I was in the bathroom the entire day at work. I returned the item a few hours later, and next day I feet like crap still. I feel like I'm going to throw up more than yesterday.

First, the only products out there to guarantee immediate fat/weight loss is Photoshop or liposuction. As a 41 year old female looking for a way to 'speed up' the burn without feeling like I was on speed, I tried this product because of its ease of use (2 pills in the am) and expected one of two things to happen based on all of my previous experiences with thermogenics: first be a complete waste of time and money and second make me feel horrible. I tried the first 3 days taking 1 pill in the morning and felt absolutely nothing. So I then tried the 2 pills and noticed that I had to eat with this product or feel like I was going to vomit. If I took the 2 pills and then ate, I had no issues. Workouts felt better regardless of when I completed them (am/pm) and I SWEAT. I never experienced the severe thirst, body temp spikes, or shakes like I have with other products. I never felt a crash at the end of each day, or the dreaded withdrawal headaches when my bottle ran out. I got what I wanted out of the product -- support with some additional fat/weight loss. It's not a miracle pill -- it's a supplement. It looks fancy and sounds impressive with its "Terra Intelligent Dosing" but bottom line is you won't shed major pounds or get shredded. That only happens when you combine a strict diet with hard work and dedication over time. But, you will get a boost when you include this product in your diet and exercise routine.

I'm a daily energy drink drinker because I need the energy and it helps my mood. Since I started, I haven't had an energy drink yet and I feel great. All day long energy.
