On February 1st after being on hold for 20 minutes, I asked for a supervisor. I am a LOYAL 7+ year active "consistent" customer. I gave my name so they could see my order history and not some new unhappy prospect. My complaint: I get daily "pop-ups" for many of the vitamins I buy monthly at 40% off. When I ordered my price was switched to 25% off. Customer service manager said that is a "promotion" to get new customers. My comment was well, isn't a solid active customer (base) like me also important in addition to new ones? No real closure and I felt no passion on that end. At least a "Senior Management" email back to me with empathy would have been a nice tactic. Nothing! Try Customer Service "101 approach" people!

I will continue to buy, however, as their products are good. Just venting on their approaches.

It didn't blow mist and made an annoying noise (high pitch). I had to go purchase a USB plug because it wasn’t included! Instructions say 3 minutes and it’s been 20 and still no mist! However, delivery was fast.

When I ordered some odorless garlic capsules, I thought I was buying from a UK supplier, so I was surprised to get an email saying the item had been shipped airmail. This caused me to research Piping Rock online, and I was surprised to find so many negative reviews, which gave me concern. When my order was delivered, I was dubious about the quality of what I had purchased from the reviews so opening one of the containers and smelling the contents, it had a faint smell of rotting vegetation/vegetables. I have been taking odorless garlic capsules for years and nearly all have no smell, though some have a faint peppery smell. To be on the safe side, I binned both containers without trying any of the capsules. The photos on the website, which just show a tiny part of a room, do not convince me at all, because it could be any room/office, it does not show me a modern lab/production facility. I will not be making any more purchases from Piping Rock for sure.

I have referred over 50 customers to Piping Rock, and have gotten zero reward money after their first orders. First, the company says my code has to be entered every time. Then, later, I was told by 3 different people at the call center that this isn't necessary, that the website recognizes them as my customer as long as they use the same email address. It's an easy fix, but they won't do it, because they're greedy. Plus, customers aren't going to remember each time to punch in my code especially when they click onto emails they get regarding any sales.

On June 5th, I ordered a bottle of Boneup supplements from Piping Rock. There are different versions of this supplement so I was specific about the version ordered and took a pic of it.

I received the wrong version and immediately notified Customer Service. They replied, saying they would investigate it. I have since had two more email interactions with them with no resolve. It has been more than a month now, I don’t have the supplement ordered, and I’m very frustrated.

I have been using Alpha Lipoic Acid for years and it's working, bringing my blood sugar down. I tried the 100 mg R Lipoic Acid and it has worked more effective for my blood sugar. Recently I bought 2 bottles of 100 mg R Lipoic Acid (120 capsules/bottle bio-enhanced from Piping Rock). I took it for the past 2 days and checked my fasting blood sugar and 2 hours after meal blood sugar and the reading is much higher than the R Alpha Lipoic Acid I bought from other internet stores.

I purchased the Pumpkin capsules and got a ten dollar off coupon for a $30 or more purchase and free shipping at 44.00. Ok I ordered 44.00 worth from piping rock and clicked in the ten dollar off coupon code which means order will be 34.00. I went to pay at PayPal and the order showed 44.00 but then the ten dollar coupon didn't show up and stayed at 44.00. So after several more attempts, and eight emails to customer service, the coupon didn't fly. The customer service was unhelpful.

They just didn't get it because I kept explaining to them in several attempts and ten dollars off for a 44 dollar order didn't fly. They kept thinking I was talking about a previous order for 22 dollars. However, I told them that it's not. I am talking about the order for 44.00 (which was over thirty dollars for this coupon).

What I am going to do is return the pumpkin oil and that $22 order and the ten dollar off fake coupon. I wanted to purchase 44.00 worth of items but coupon code kept failing and failing.

First of all, the vitamins made me sick. They use cheap quality ingredients. One bottle had multiple broken tablets.

I bought two bottles of bee propolis. One 120 cap and other 240, the smaller bottle appeared to be lighter color, different from the large bottle, and upon opening the capsule it is definitely not pure bee propolis. Upon tasting, I realize it contained corn meal or similar ingredients. What a disappointment as I have been a loyal customer for so many years.

I purchased two bottles of L-arginine for working out and they had no effect on me compared to the now brand. When I called to get my money back they insisted that I would have to pay for shipping before they returned my money. The product is poor quality and part of me thinks the whole company is a scam.

I tried to order some things and despite being told it was free shipping, I was charged eight dollars for it which turned out to be 12 when I looked at the statement. Also, I never actually got a confirmed checkout. The response kept saying merchant override failure then I looked at my bank statement online and had been charged three times for the stuff. So the free shipping was total nonsense and the supposed eight dollar charge for shipping turned into 12 somehow.

I'm still trying to contact them to reverse this but no success as of yet. I'm quite frustrated. Watch out for when sites say "merchant override failure". That's the lesson I learned today.
