Three months I have been waiting for my supplements. I have written to them several times and always asked "to be patient." This last time I was informed that as I had used DHL and the parcel has been lost there would be no refund "as per the policy" on their webpage. Thieves...DO NOT order from this company, it is a SCAM.

I made my order two months ago and according to them, items were lost. They don't want to refund my money because according to them, that’s their policy. This company is FRAUD! Don't buy! THIEVES!

This company is infamous for taking orders/money yet never sending the goods. Best to avoid them. I had that experience and found their customer service department to be dishonest and rude. There are other companies that are a little more expensive but have excellent service and can be trusted. I would advise avoiding this company.

I've just received my second delivery from Piping Rock with discrepancies, and product (2 cocoa butter leaked all over the packaging) leakage in the delivery! I've immediately notified them via email explaining the missing items, leakage. To my surprise, I have not received a response, naturally, I resent the exact same message and is still remains unanswered!

Utterly disappointed with Piping Rock's customer service...I will not be continuing my business with them.

I consider myself sufficiently knowledgeable to comment on their Magnesium product based on 30 years experience with a pharmaceutical company and who are world leaders in magnesium range of products.

Firstly, the tablets crumble in the bottle.

Next, as magnesium is highly hygroscopic, an insufficient desiccant in the bottle to reduce this problem.

Then, I question its solubility, if left in a glass of water for days, it will not dissolve, even on stirring.

The product is potentially harmful as magnesium if not correctly formulated and the tablets not coated, they can cause severe diarrhea.

I wish I read the reviews before placing orders! So far, all the international order issues are true...just didn't think that a company could be so blatantly unethical.

I live in Manila, Philippines. I ordered last July 18th and like an obedient (or gullible) customer, I waited for 8-10 weeks, which they said was the typical duration range for international shipments. It's been 10 weeks. Our local customs didn't receive any parcel from Piping Rock. When I informed customer service, they said that they are not responsible for lost items. In other words, I paid for products (PLUS delivery costs) that were obviously never shipped in the first place! And based on the plethora of similar situations, it seems like there's some sort of Bermuda Triangle for Piping Rock packages that just get "lost" in transit. Guess I have to admit that I've been duped. Hope others get to read these negative reviews before getting sucked into this obvious scam!

I truly believe in herbal products: I looked into such things as Mitochondria, Spherical or rod shaped parts of the cell. Mitochondria contain genetic material (DNA and RNA) and are responsible for converting food to energy. I looked into Probiotics and Matcha teas.

I do a lot of research on any supplement I put in my body. The first thing I found out about Piping Rock was they have everything I needed to turn back the hands of time on my body, but you still need to eat properly and exercise. Next, the prices were the best anywhere BAR none. For most people herbal supplements take time to work, what I did was order a three month supply of what I wanted, and when I have a month left I put in another order so that takes care of slow shipping times. I had at one time talked to customer service great response, I was new at Piping Rock so I did not realize how fast they were at getting their product out of the warehouse and I wanted to order more and add the product to my first order so I did not have to pay the shipping. My first order left and they refunded the shipping on my second order back to my credit card stating it was a one time courtesy. So I make sure what I want and get it in the first order.

What did all this cost me for a piece of happiness and piece of mind under $200.00 in your city it would cost you maybe $135.00 to buy two or three of the products. I have a total of twenty supplements some double some triple all for under $200.00. That's half my story the other half to follow.

I've been using their products for a long time. They process the order and shipped overnight mostly, and luckily, since I am in NYC, I usually get my order within 2 days. Amazing. I don't think they offer a free shipping any longer, but an order over $40 the shipping will be only $3.95. Check out their "Crazy Deals" page frequently, they're simply the best deal online.

I've ordered from Piping Rock many times over the past 2-3 years. During most of that time they offered a monthly 15 or 20 percent discount, but they ended that late in 2015, and recently they've raised the retail price on the supplement I buy most often, and sometimes they show a small discount from that high price. Discounts may sometimes be available by way of one or more third-party coupon providers, but if instructions aren't followed exactly, the customer will lose the discount and won't find out until weeks later. Third-party coupon providers might now be getting money for themselves that used to be the customer's direct Piping Rock discount.

Another problem to watch out for is that the bottles used to contain a few more than the stated number of tablets, but now they usually contain fewer tablets than stated on the label (I weigh every unopened bottle on a digital micro-scale). So far, the tablets I order still contain the same amount of product and haven't been thinned out. Other than that, I've used supplements for over 40 years and I've determined that the Piping Rock supplements I've used do contain the ingredients they say they do, and, of course, I hope the good quality continues.

Products compare to many other top brands for all supplements. Prices are wholesale. Shipping is fast and reasonable. I have used them for 3 years for over 20 different products. I recommend them for when it's difficult to find items. The website is informative and easy to browse.

Have gotten several Products from Piping Rock. The Olive Leaf and Flaxseed and Coconut Oil Supplements were helpful with my blood pressure right away. I was very pleased.

Everything I have gotten for my self care is with the approval of my doctor. My Cholesterol, Blood pressure and my overall health with the help of an Integrative doctor, I have taken my health into my own hands and feel better than I have in years. My diet and exercise programs make me a well rounded 70 year old jock not living on pills.
