I've just received my second delivery from Piping Rock with discrepancies, and product (2 cocoa butter leaked all over the packaging) leakage in the delivery! I've immediately notified them via email explaining the missing items, leakage. To my surprise, I have not received a response, naturally, I resent the exact same message and is still remains unanswered!
Utterly disappointed with Piping Rock's customer service...I will not be continuing my business with them.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
