Better price than most

By Robert Rawson, New South Wales, Australia, Verified Reviewer

Many online supplements, herbs and vitamin stores. iHerb and Piping Rock have just about everything you want. Both come from America but get to Australia in under two weeks. Piping Rock actually comes out cheaper as above $50 is free shipping.

iHerb has name brands. Piping Rock has their own labels. I get my Tumeric from Bio Medicals. Aloe Vera gels, Boswellia, and Andrographis from Piping Rock.

I always calculate how many mgs of ingredients, times a day to take, and how many per bottle, to get the most for my buck.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Please order from Amazon or anywhere else

By Valerie Avakov, Tennessee, Verified Reviewer

I ordered Progesterone cream. Progesterone cream prevents miscarriage. I needed the cream as soon as possible, so I paid for two-day shipping. Two business days later I called Piping Rock customer service, and they stated that they ship it within two days and you receive the item two days later. Four days? Interesting. So why did I pay $11 to ship a $7 item?

The people from customer service didn't care because it's my child and not theirs. Don't order from a company that doesn't know the difference between two and four. When you need medication, you need it within a certain time frame. I can accept someone playing with my money but not my child's life.

Amazon is more expensive but trustworthy. When Amazon says two days, they actually mean two days. I hate giving even one star because that's false advertising.

Excellent!

I have really been impressed by the speed and price of my products. It also seems to be top quality! Thank you! I will buy from you again. Considering I purchased from here in Australia from America, I am very happy!

Not recommended if outside the USA

By Sylvia Meller, England, Verified Reviewer

Products might be good (have not gotten my order yet), but beware if you are outside the USA as the postage does not include customs charges and you might end up with an extra £15 ($19.34) or more for a small parcel.

Piping Rock exposed

By Laura May, Canada, Verified Reviewer

I am shocked, devastated and heartbroken to see the recent test results done on Piping Rock Essential Oils. Last May when I was diagnosed with a High-Grade Endometrial Sarcoma, I started researching ways to help with my treatment and prolong my life. Essential Oils claim to do many things, including kill cancer cells. I came across Piping Rock online claiming "The Best for Less, Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils, Pure, top quality, and 100% all natural plant source." I'm not sure why the alarm bells didn't go off immediately when I saw the prices, but I trust that the things printed on the label must be true.

You can also see their test results on Dr. David Hills Facebook page, at essentialoilanalysis.com and on Dr. Pappa's site. Their oils are synthetic and full of chemicals with the occasional drop of real oils. Of course, I will never know if using genuine oils would have made a difference, but I can't explain how sad and disappointed I am.

As I live in Canada, I can't be part of the class action suit that just started, but I will be meeting with a lawyer here to see if I have any recourse. What kind of people can do this to other people?

Still testing effectiveness

By Nic Lucci, Canada, Verified Reviewer

I ordered Piping Rock Sage 1600 mg for hot flashes because sage works quickly. I tested it against another brand, and there was no comparison. Sage has a distinctive smell that can be easily identified, but this product did not work instantly like the other brand and had no smell (expiry 2019). I break open capsules to add to water or drink. Absolute waste of money.

I bought another product that is not really allowed in Canada, but I was obsessed with trying it, so I did a search and lo and behold, Piping Rock ships it to me. This particular product helps with brain health. So I took two capsules and felt nothing but my hubs said he felt it working. And his mood has been better, but is that a placebo effect?

I bought some yacon (an appetite suppressant and prebiotic) which work exceptionally well. We both love this product zero complaints.

The jury is still out on the black seed oil supplement as it is too soon to tell if it's working.

I spent a lot of time writing a couple of positive reviews that have yet to be posted, which I find strange. I also don't trust companies that only have good reviews.

Quality control and use of cheap ingredients are my main concern with Piping Rock. Their prices are great, but product safety is my number one priority. It's a hit or miss, and after reading some the reviews on here, I am a bit concerned, and I think you should be too.

Never again

By Aria Trascher, Mary Esther, FL, Verified Reviewer

After a ridiculous cluster hiccup of a slipping policy, it's been weeks with no products or refund. I've called multiple times sometimes being told I'll be issued a refund once my product was returned to sender. Well, it was delivered somehow somewhere and I called once again to be told there would be an investigation opened and I would receive a call back. Well no call back, no refund or items. I'm sick of it.

Under-dosed products

By Tristan Rodman, Calgary, Albera, Canada, Verified Reviewer

Ordered a fairly large amount of supplements and they are heavily under-dosed compared to my local drug store. Complained to PipingRock and they told me if I paid to ship it all back they would refund my money. I expected them to at least offer in store credit but they did not nor would I have accepted as I believe there is no quality control in place. Do not recommend and never again will order.

No hype, good products, good service

By Herb N., Alabama, Verified Reviewer

I use examine.com to find out the efficacy of various supplements and herbs. Then, I go to Pipingrock.com to place my orders. There is no hype, product descriptions are accurate, suggested dosages are reasonable, and I'm okay with the time it takes for delivery. Over the years, it's gotten better. I used to get supplements from other sites that would present lengthy videos about a specific item, how it's made, why it's perfect, etc. (mostly a blend of facts and fiction). I was glad to have found Piping Rock, and I recommend this company to everyone.

Fake Niacin

By Faisal, London, England, Verified Reviewer

A lot of vitamins you can't really know if what you have bought is the real thing, but with Niacin, you will get what is known as a "Flush," which feels a lot like a skin burn. This side effect lets you know if the product is actually working. I get more of a flush with 50-100mg from Niacin from other company brands than 1000mg from Pipingrock.com. I have thrown everything I bought from them in the garbage because that's what they are! Rubbish powder in capsules.

This website is so misleading! Any negative product reviews on their website will automatically be deleted, which isn't fair to the customers. Some people need vitamins like Niacin to function and is vital for their well-being, and they are selling fake products which can cause a lot of distress and harm. I don't know nor can prove the authenticity of their other products, but I for a FACT know their Niacin isn't the real thing.
