Plexaderm Skincare Reviews: Is It Safe and Effective?

The product works only OK; its effectiveness is visible but not overwhelmingly so. My issue is that the container stopped up half-way through and now I can't get the rest of it out. TOTAL waste of money. Will not buy again.

This product is definitely made for white skin tones. Although I am biracial and extremely light skinned, I still have more color than a Caucasian person. I know this because my mom is Caucasian. I purchased the Plexaderm for her and used as directed. There was not a hint of white residue visible around the treatment areas. I applied the Plexaderm the exact same way to my skin and as soon as it dried, there was a white, ashy residue that could not be rubbed into the skin.

I will not return the product as Mom thinks that it works wonders. I personally did not see any great results on her but it boosted her confidence, and that is important.

If Plexaderm wants to increase their money, they must cater to people of ALL skin tones because we exist and have money to spend also.

It definitely works as demonstrated on TV. Their customer service dept is very accommodating, and I give them accolades for this.

Now, more about the product. It only lasts about 2.5 hours for me. It leaves the bags under my eyes looking worse than before. It was suggested that I try to use more. When I did the skin around my eyes became very irritated. It also left a whitish film on my skin under my eyes. My frown lines and laugh lines work great and I didn't find the same irritation. It does leave my skin very rough when I used it. To summarize, this may work better for you and as I said it did remove my bags and lines but with unwanted consequences.

They will refund your purchase price if it doesn't work for you.

The product worked the first 3 times I used it. I don't want to use it every day, only on special occasions. The product dried up like powder. Amazon said it's the manufacturer's problem, not there's. Plexaderm stated it is Amazon's, as they signed a waiver when selling it. No resolution by either, over $50.00 down the drain. The cap was always on tight as the bottle is so small. I just can't believe customers are serviced this way.

I will never buy anything from this company. Nasty customer service, and the product didn't work. It made my eyes turn dark. I waited after thirty days because I was trying to give it time. They would not work with you. My grade is F-.

I have to say that the promised wrinkle reduction under my eyes came true with no problem. However, I only got two uses out of the product. It has dried up and will not come out of the tube, I have tried warm water/pins/etc. to clear the small tube, but nothing works.

Basically it is $50.00 down the "tubes." Improve the delivery system! Until you do that, I would NOT tell friends to buy it. Oh and by the way...too expensive.

It did work well for me, but I couldn't control how much comes out of the dispenser each time. They should just have a squeeze tube instead. It feels like there are lots left in the tube and I have to break the tube to get any more out. I won't buy any more until the tube is changed to something better. Also, it is too expensive for how much you get.

Plexaderm is only good for the same day. It looked so good I decided to use it for special days only. Then I noticed it doesn't reduce under eye wrinkles, just looks smooth, and then only if you do not smile. If you smile, it crinkles up and you look worse than before. I put it on and it looked great, but then later on I actually looked in the mirror to look at the smoothness and once I started to smile, it looked terrible. I thought it was how I applied it, but after trying it a few times, I realized that Elmer's glue would have worked the same. By the time I realized it was a mistake, it was too late to ask for a refund.

Please continue to read everyone's post that has one-star ratings, you will see another unsatisfied customer stating the same thing. She said she's of color and it didn't work on her. Don't buy this product if you're of color.

I have ordered this product several times and decided to order three tubes. One worked fine, I couldn’t get the second one to come out as if it were empty. I called customer service and felt like I was being plunked. I was told to cover the hole and pump it ten times, then pump ten more times, uncover. When that didn’t work, I was advised to repeat that process, still nothing. I asked to speak to a supervisor who finally agreed to send a replacement, never did. This guy was rude, to say the least, a.s I couldn’t contact anyone else regarding my dissatisfaction. Signed, an ex-customer.

It is so aggravating when you call the company and tell them that they provided you a date that on the 8th, and it says it was delivered on the 11th. The estimated time was the 14th, and yet, it's the 15th, and I still have no product. When you call the company to explain that to them, they tell you have until the 17th, but that is not guaranteed based on what they have already told me. They told me that I have to wait, so they're going to ship out another one, even though when I've asked for my money back. They said they're not giving me my money back until I see in an affidavit, stating that I didn't receive my package. Which would be after the 20th, their website says a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but I am not satisfied. So they are not giving me my money back for another week, which is ridiculous because that is not what they state. I have not received my product, and now they're going to ship another one. I know that after I told them that I do not want one so that they can keep my money.
