Zack, one of our cats, wants to say "Thank you" for making such great litter. First, he never goes outside of the litter box anymore. We had a lot of trouble with that before we got PrettyLitter, but never afterward. Second, we went off on vacation for a week, and our kitty-sitter didn't clean out the litter during the whole week because it didn't smell. We came back, and our house didn't smell like cat. We can't believe how amazing this litter is. It's easy to maintain, doesn't smell, and the kitties love it. I've already told a bunch of my friends who have cats about this litter, and I know my kitty-sitter is interested after helping us out during that week.

I just received my bag of PrettyLitter today and immediately switched out my litter box. As soon as I did, my cat jumped in to investigate. She will usually sniff around, paw at the litter then jump out whenever I change it. This time she hopped in, did her business and kept digging around. The litter was so gentle on her paws that she didn't feel the need to jump out, but took her time digging, sniffing and lightly stepped out. We give it 10 out of 10 paws!

Thank you for this amazing product! My vet was so impressed that I came in when the litter turned blue. No other signs indicate she was sick. She was diagnosed with a UTI, but thank you for warning me in advance. The doctor was amazed. Mooches will be better in a few days. Thank you PrettyLitter for the early detection!

I can't express how happy I am with PrettyLitter. I have had my felines for the past 25 years. I just wish my other "girls" could have had PrettyLitter.

My newest rescue, Sheva, who is a tabby and 2 and 1/2 years old, adapted immediately to it. No more odors and tracking of litter through the house. No more plastic bags to clean the litter. Just put the poop in the toilet and stir the litter. It's good for one month.

I am truly blessed to have found PrettyLitter! My life and my baby girls life are much happier, and I am telling all cat owners that you can't go wrong. The best product on the market for your "feline family!"

I have been using PrettyLitter for over a week and my cat adapted to it very well. I have tried numerous litters, and PrettyLitter is by far the best at masking smell and causes almost no mess. I like that it is nonclumping and I only have to buy one bag a month. I dislike having to pay for shipping when I buy items online, so I appreciate that shipping is free with PrettyLitter and I received my shipment in two days.

I was steered toward PrettyLitter by my daughter who tried it and said it was great. So I gave it a shot.

I used all the recommendations on how to introduce my feline friend to PrettyLitter. Initially, it was pretty easy to get her to use it; then due to odor control, nope, no more. Certainly could not get a month out of one bag, maybe two weeks. So as the odor control was poor at best, it stunk (as my daughter eventually said as well), and I wanted to cancel.

Two reps on different occasions tried to get me to reconsider and help solve the "problem." Nope, I wanted to cancel as one of the suggestions was two bags a month (definitely not cost effective). So while it is good in theory and, yes, it does monitor urine color (which was always healthy), both me and my daughter stopped.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Charles was fantastic and very helpful. He understood my request and made sure everything was corrected and perfect in a quick and pleasant manner. Great customer service! I love PrettyLitter and would recommend it to anyone! Helped me find out my cat has a heart murmur and now he is on medication that can save his life, all thanks to PrettyLitter!

I was worried that subscribing to get litter that looks nicer and can detect whether my cat has health issues would be very pricey, but I think the monthly charge of $21 is great! I chatted with customer service online today and they were very helpful too. I've had it for a month, and I plan on keeping the service.

This is the best litter ever made! No dust or odor. So easy to use. It reduces the amount of waste that has to be taken out as the urine is absorbed. The cats really like it and we do too!

Using PrettyLitter is the easiest way to deal with the litter box! The only thing you scoop is the feces. I put that in a Litter Genie.

For the urine, just stir the litter around and magically the urine disappears. At first, it all looks wet and you think that there's no way that it will get absorbed, but it does! My cat pees a lot. I just mix up the litter every day.

I'm in my second month using PrettyLitter. When I dumped out the first month's litter, the bottom of the pan was dry and dust free.

I am no longer sweeping up cat litter every day. I feel like I have been freed from a tremendous chore!

I highly recommend PrettyLitter!

Cats thought it is the best thing since catnip. Instant hit. They completely stopped using the other two pans of clay litter. To cope with the delighted "scatter all over the room" excitement, we put a large flat scratching pad (the kind made of many layers of cardboard glued on end) directly in front of the litter pan and then pointed the opening into a corner of the room. Because the pan faces into a corner, cats have to step on the scratching pad to leave. The cats already like the scratcher so they don't object to stepping on it when leaving the litter pan, and all the material on their feet (or shoveled out by enthusiasm) is easily poured back into the pan.

One must follow instructions regarding stirring used litter to get best results. We went on vacation for 10 days, leaving one pan with PrettyLitter and 2 pans with clay litter because the person caring for the cats could not scoop. The clay pans were used only once. The PrettyLitter did a great job of eliminating odor, but because the litter was not stirred, the bottom started turning blue and caused us to bring the cats to vet for possible UTI. No UTIs. Upon rereading the FAQ, the reason was clear. Because this was our first batch, we can't say how long properly used PrettyLitter lasts, but we'll learn on the next shipment.
