Although weight loss was hoped for, I did not have that happen possibly due to medications and hormonal deficiencies. As an older person, I am delighted with the beneficial results for my digestion and elimination, which keeps my tummy from bloating and discomfort. I have taken the product for about 6 weeks at this point. I haven't lost any weight (I even started exercising more during this period) and I can't even say I've noticed any difference with my digestion/daily energy levels. I'm not certain why it works for some and not others, but it just isn't a hit for me.

That being said, I would like to review this company. I signed up for their *free (pay shipping) 14-day trial. I was extremely annoyed by this because the company said that I had 18 days to cancel when they had already charged my card and set up the packing for shipment on day 17. Because of that, they could not cancel that month's shipment or the payment from my account. I got the 30-day supply for a whopping $74 when I had called to cancel within my 18-day window. I still canceled all future shipments with the intention of just returning the 30-day supply upon receiving it.

After I got the package, I called the company up and asked about how to refund the package and they informed me that they've set me up on the program to continue trying the product (the 30-day supply) and if I'm still not satisfied, I can return the empty bottle at the end of the month for a refund, minus shipping charges.

I used the product and had to call, yet again, to get the refund directions for the empty bottle. The process was relatively simple, just annoying to have to call and deal with the whole process again. I shipped it back, I did have to pay the $2.50 shipping charges to get it back to them. They issued my refund within 48 hours of sending the email that they had received it (it was about a week after I shipped it).

I have read numerous reviews that the company is terrible about the trial period thing and to avoid the company at all costs. I've seen that the company won't issue refunds, etc. I just want to say that, while I agree that their company doesn't really honor their 18-days to cancel, it isn't horrible to deal with to get the refund. I didn't have any issues getting my refund.

If you do try the product and like it, I will say that there are many cheaper options than the monthly subscription directly from ProbioSlim. They might be able to discount it well enough (call to cancel to get the offer) but I would probably still look elsewhere. Amazon has it for half the price, it is sold in CVS and possibly other places for cheaper, even. I would just recommend doing some price checking if you want to continue using it.

Constant constipation which is the opposite of losing weight. Would not refund me, insisted I keep using it, that it would get better. And now after $150 or so into it, refuse to reimburse me for at least half, even with sending 2 unopened bottles back. Do not buy this product! Read all the info on it first! Please go to Consumer Affairs about it! Not even 1 star.

I did not get results with this product. I had hoped that this product would work. After taking it for the 14 days I called to cancel. The next bottle had already been shipped $69.99 + $4.99 shipping. Be aware that they go by the day you placed the order, not the day it was shipped or received. They do not care how long it takes you to get the product!

The salesman I spoke with was nice (or I thought) and told me to keep the bottle as they were sure I would get results and if not I could get a full refund. At no time did he tell me that in order to get the full refund I was required to send back the bottle. I even inquired about it when I needed to call back and he did not tell me that I would charged again in 30 days from when the last bottle was sent, he only told me to use the product. When I received yet another bottle and called again, I was told I should have read their terms and conditions. I was also told that good salespeople do whatever they need to do to make sales. I was misled in my first call and good customer service would have looked at the situation and became a better company because of it (giving a refund also for the shipping). By the time I had this all figured out I was charged another $39.99 + $4.99 for the second bottle. It then cost me $2.50 ($5.00 total) to return each bottle for the refund. The shipping totaled a little over $20.00 in all not including the free bottle ($2.99 shipping). I am waiting for my refund for the two bottles and trusting I will receive it.

I understand that I did not read the terms and conditions thoroughly enough, but fact is I was mislead by the salesperson and they justified it. If you are interested in this product please be advised to read the fine print, that they count the day you call and the day from the last shipping date. I can't say this product won't work for you as probiotics can be a major cause for weight gain and intestinal discomfort. I am saying that you need to be aware of this because it can be costly and they WILL NOT REFUND shipping charges even if their sales person misleads you.

I was charged $74.00 and change to my credit card. When I called to let them know that I did not ordered this product, the young man began to yell at me saying that they had all my information and that if I didn't want the product to return it and I would get my money back once they got the shipment back. I never received the product in the first place, but he was too busy yelling at me to hear what I was saying. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was put on hold and then disconnected.

I paid $75.00 (with tax) for a 30 day supply. At first I lost a whopping 2 lbs. After that, NOTHING. I even starved myself and still NOTHING. I exercised, NOTHING. My advise - don't throw your money away.

I am rating this a three since I have yet to experience any results one way or the other in the short period of time I've been taking it.

I called to cancel any future shipments and was well within the 18 day period but the sales rep on the other end said he'd send me another trial size since he didn't think the two week period was time enough to see any results. I asked him to make note that I had called to cancel and he said that he would. I also made note of it on my invoice. He is sending me another free sample bottle. He also said that I chose to continue to receive shipments I would only be charged $39.99 per bottle.

Today, I learned that this product is sold at GNC. I am going to call the distributor again and cancel. No contracts or commitments. If it doesn't work as well as I am hoping that it does, then I will not be "stuck" with the hassles of trying to cancel future shipments. I think GNC is the way to go.

I've been using this product with no good results in my life First, my poop turned black. Second, I feel constipated and started vomiting. I also have fluids in my throat. Finally, I eat more than normally. I can't even sleep at night because I feel I cant breath. I want my $2.99 refund back ASAP.

I was really excited to try this ProbioSlim, and was going to order it online, got out the magnifying glass to read the very fine print, and saw that after the free trial, they would charge me $69.99 for the one-year membership, and then $14.99 per month for the product, unless I canceled before the end of the 14-day free trial! So I drove to Walmart, and bought a bottle of 30 capsules for $18.99 three days ago, and was extremely impressed at how "happy" I felt. A lot of my pains were gone, but unfortunately for me, there is way too much caffeine in this product for me, and it caused heart palpitations, so I'm done with it. The bottle instructs you to take one with breakfast, and one with lunch, but I only took one with lunch, and was still "zipping" around at 10 pm all three days. Bottom line is that if you want to try this - go to Walmart and buy it so that you don't get taken advantage of on the company's website. I feel that I would've lost some weight because of feeling "happy" and being able to move around more. I would love to try a caffeine-free version of this product.
