I did not get results with this product. I had hoped that this product would work. After taking it for the 14 days I called to cancel. The next bottle had already been shipped $69.99 + $4.99 shipping. Be aware that they go by the day you placed the order, not the day it was shipped or received. They do not care how long it takes you to get the product!

The salesman I spoke with was nice (or I thought) and told me to keep the bottle as they were sure I would get results and if not I could get a full refund. At no time did he tell me that in order to get the full refund I was required to send back the bottle. I even inquired about it when I needed to call back and he did not tell me that I would charged again in 30 days from when the last bottle was sent, he only told me to use the product. When I received yet another bottle and called again, I was told I should have read their terms and conditions. I was also told that good salespeople do whatever they need to do to make sales. I was misled in my first call and good customer service would have looked at the situation and became a better company because of it (giving a refund also for the shipping). By the time I had this all figured out I was charged another $39.99 + $4.99 for the second bottle. It then cost me $2.50 ($5.00 total) to return each bottle for the refund. The shipping totaled a little over $20.00 in all not including the free bottle ($2.99 shipping). I am waiting for my refund for the two bottles and trusting I will receive it.

I understand that I did not read the terms and conditions thoroughly enough, but fact is I was mislead by the salesperson and they justified it. If you are interested in this product please be advised to read the fine print, that they count the day you call and the day from the last shipping date. I can't say this product won't work for you as probiotics can be a major cause for weight gain and intestinal discomfort. I am saying that you need to be aware of this because it can be costly and they WILL NOT REFUND shipping charges even if their sales person misleads you.
