After ordering, I could not use the MD ProPlant Complete Shake as it contains hemp. This is due to working in a job in the Nuclear Field with Fitness of Duty regulated by the Code of Federal Regulations:

10CFR26.185(j)(5) The MRO may not consider consumption of food products, supplements, or other preparations containing substances that may result in a positive confirmatory drug test result, including, but not limited to supplements containing hemp products or coca leaf tea, as a legitimate medical explanation for the presence of drugs or drug metabolites in the urine specimen above the cutoff levels specified in § 26.163 or a licensee's or other entity's more stringent cutoff levels.

Nevertheless, Gundry MD gave me a hassle-free refund after I discovered the inclusion of hemp protein and contacted them.

So far, I love the taste. I make it with organic coconut milk with chia seeds. I'm hoping it will help me gain a little weight (I do not need to lose weight). Please tell me if this is possible.

I am down to eating one meal per day at noon. I use the shake at 6 pm. I add blueberries and some psyllium husks to the mix.

Tastes fine with just water, a surprise. Low calorie. I add a banana or blueberries as not good about eating fruit. It satisfies me for lunch. I am vegan so helps a bit with protein and is a good source.

Enjoy the chocolate protein powder! Typically just using water and a little ice, especially if I’m traveling with it. Tends to get thick when allowed to sit if made with coconut milk. Have added PB powder to change it up, or even banana or cherries (tastes like Black Forest cake).

Really enjoying ProPlant Shake! Smooth digestion is my biggest upside so far! The taste is fantastic and it is a lasting protein-filled feeling that gets me through the morning. Replacing a breakfast meat with this shake has given me more energy for the day and a better feeling about what I am putting in my body as a protein source. I have also replaced a deli meat lunch with the ProPlant Shake sometimes. I know it is better for me that the processed meat.

I’m really not happy with the shake… I’ve used the blender and using a variety of liquid temperatures. It always ends up thick and slimy at the bottom after it sits for only a short time. I was hopeful but I’m disappointed!
